I absolutely love this program! The coaches work so nicely with you to make sure your workouts are challenging but not scary and work with your lifestyle. The meals are amazing and there is such a great variety! The app is super easy to use and it's just the greatest little community!

I’m still on my fitness journey, but this programme has already helped me build so many new, positive habits. It’s made me much more mindful about food and, most importantly, encouraged me to focus on looking after myself as a priority.

I honestly can’t recommend the team highly enough. From day one, they’ve been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress. What really sets them apart is how approachable they are, always available for a general chat, a check-in, or a bit of reassurance when motivation dips.

I have tried so many variations of coaches all have worked but after a while old habits slip back in so progress is low.

Emma my coach worked with me whilst we unpicked habits and pretty much re programmed them.

She was so patient understanding and supportive.

The time has come for me to go it alone and I'm doing this with a new found love of excersize, no fear of foods, no binge restrict attitude.

I now like to excersize, i enjoy all foods in moderation, I fuel my body.

I have received such good support since starting with The Transformation Team, they have provided me with many different meals along with great workouts! I can go to them with any question and they are always there supporting me when I’m struggling with progress.

I’ve been working with Millie for a couple months now and am so eager to continue to push myself and grow! The major thing for me has been having the accountability. Millie is always quick to respond to any messages or questions and she’s so so positive every time. She’s very supportive with check ins, highlighting progress you might not notice and always giving that extra boost. I absolutely love the fact that these girls understand a normal life and that sometimes things won’t be perfect! Their support is great, keeping you on track and giving you that push but also making sure you keep the right balance and don’t burn out. Weekly check ins have been an absolute game changer for me because I never would’ve tracked any progress aside from the scales and now I can see just how much you can change in a week whilst the scale doesn’t move. Millie and Lol are both so lovely and make you feel so comfortable and confident. I feel you can chat to them just like they’re a friend☺️

Lol’s coaching has been a huge help in reaching my fitness goals. I’ve always struggled with self-motivation, especially when it comes to fitness. Before working with Lol, I had never used weights and was very nervous about starting weightlifting. I was also worried about keeping up with nutrition—I have a very busy schedule and hate cooking, so nutrition has always been a challenge for me.
Lol was incredibly patient and offered so much advice and support. With her guidance, I was finally able to build a consistent fitness routine and start tracking my diet. The amount of feedback I’ve received has been extremely helpful. After just about two weeks of consistency, I can already see gradual improvements, and I’m feeling really proud of my progress.
I’m truly grateful to Lol for helping me become more confident and stronger, and for being supportive even during times when I wasn’t fully consistent. Her coaching made a real difference, and I’m more motivated than ever.

I’ve been working with Millie and the transformation team for a little while now, and I can honestly say they’ve made a huge difference in my weight-loss journey. Millie checks in regularly, keeps me motivated, and always know exactly how to push me without overwhelming me. The workouts are effective, their encouragement is genuine, and their support has kept me consistent even on the days I didn’t feel like showing up.

Can not recommend The Transformation Team online coaching enough. In just 7 weeks I’ve managed to lose 6.5kg! I’m the leanest I’ve ever been in my adult life and I love feeling like myself again. I had plateaued for months previously until this online coaching with Emma. Emma has been super supportive and helpful, despite my hurdles in the way. My food plan doesn’t feel restrictive at all, plus the recipes have all been amazing.
I now feel ready and confident for my up and coming hyrox. I just wish I found them sooner!!!

Could not rave about the transformation team enough! Currently 5 months in and as a previous binge and restricter, they have given me the tools I need to change my relationship with food. I never thought I’d need a coach. I always believed I could reach my dream body and weight on my own since I’d already been weight training for a while. My real struggle wasn’t the gym, it was my eating habits, binge eating, and the guilt and regret that came with it. I honestly didn’t think anyone could help me with that apart from myself.

But in just 2 months with Annalise, everything has changed. She’s helped me completely shift my mindset from beating myself up to actually feeling positive and in control. I’ve learned that stumbling doesn’t ruin progress, and slow and steady really is the way to lasting results.

My experience with The Transformation Team has been the best! I came to them to get me feeling my confident for my wedding that took place July 2025. Every check in, even if I have slightly dipped on my nutrition, I have been hyped up with my physique and the changes in my body composition. As well as not being made to feel negative about having a bar of chocolate or biscuit. My coach has been so supportive and the feedback has always been so helpful and motivating. I would 1000% come back to them. The meals and training plan have been tailored to my needs and the willingness to change anything to suit me was really nice.
