Lola's - Westminster Arvostelua

Ordered just 3 days before the event and got the order on time

Always delicious with unlimited choices!!!

Although I received the email saying that my order was ready to be collected when I got there I was communicated my order never arrived. Very disappointing experience.

cupcakes were small but perfectly formed and yummy.

It was so good I enjoyed the cake so did my friends I brought the red velvet cake and I would recommend someone to buy it

Tasty mini cupcakes and love that I could pick up from the station which made it very convenient to take to collect on my way to work.
Only issue was by the time I got to work (a 5minute walk) all the cakes had flipped over in the box, I would have hoped that such pricey cakes would be better contained so you could actually enjoy the designs...probably worsened by the fact the store had no normal size bags (even though I collected in the morning) and so bagged them in an x-large one

It was amazing cake. Everything was perfect including the shape and the colour.

The cake was perfect - delicious and chocolately ,just what I asked for. The writing fitted just right on the top of the cake and made the occasion extra special.

The delivery was on the appointed day , ready for a collection!

Thanks!

Hello I love yr cupcakes
I have bought them for all my families and friends when I have gone to visit them its like a normal thing now . They all look forward to me bringing them
lolas cakes

Easy to order, delivery was on time & the driver even said happy birthday to recipient of the cake as it was a gift which was a cute gesture. They were one of the few companies that deliver on a Sunday too which I was struggling to find. 👍🏽

Excellent very good & satisfied

Chocolate brownie cheesecake was beautiful!
Arrived on time with no sign of any travel problems!
Everyone loved it!
Thanks so much
Will definitely be ordering from you again 💗

Loved the cake, tasted and looked great for my daughters birthday, perfect size for the party. Customer service was fab. I picked up the cake from Walthamstow, not Westminster.

The cake was really great. My daughter loved the cake’s design.

Quick delivery

On time delivery. Delicious cake.

Very good cake however the place was about to close when I went to collect it, 2 hours ahead of closing time because "we've ran out of cupcakes so there is no point being open". Came just on time and the lady said she was gonna call me. That did leave me wondering...what would have happened if I'd gone 5 minutes later? Was I close to showing up to my gf's birthday without her cake??

Again, great tasting cake but i'll take precautions when ordering again

quite negative experience.
at the time of pick up, I was informed that the cake could not be delivered as stuck in the fridge.
long story short- after spending 1 hr on the phone with customer service, a different cake was managed to be found from a different store and delivered.
