Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London! Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today. We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem! Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Lovely cakes

Lovely cakes. Tried the mini-vegan cupcakes and non-vegan chocolate raspberry bday cake. Added a photo to the bday cake and it looked very cute. All yummy.
Many thanks.
Just make sure to keep the mini- cupcakes box very straight as they can move around with slight movements of the box.

I got a cake for my birthday and of…

I got a cake for my birthday and of course it had to be the most chocolatey one my eyes could see. It was heavenly, just like its name. I absolutely love Lola's. I am a fan and a customer since 2011 and it remains my favourite treat. Keep making those delicious cupcakes and cakes and I will stay an avid fan forever.

Red velvet cake present

The red velvet cake was a present arranged for my birthday at your Selfridges branch.

The staff were kind and helpful, the cake was delicious and the packaging was excellent.

What a lovely treat.

Can we build a frozen cake?

We ordered the Frozen cake. It was super nice and tasted great too. People at the shop was super friendly too. Only we hope their delivery will extend to wider suburbs so we don’t need to collect them…

Wonderful Cupcakes & Staff

I had a wonderful experience at Lola’s in Selfridges which was made possible by kind and helpful staff. I also have been a customer of Lola’s for years and would recommend them due to the high quality of their products.
