Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. I ordered the superhero cake online for my son’s birthday . The process was quick and easy to for ordering and collection and the final product was exactly as shown on the website. The cake tasted great and stayed soft for days. My son loved it! I every birthday cake from Lola’s so definitely recommend!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered a cake, mini cupcakes, brownies and cheesecake for my daughter’s second birthday. Theme afternoon tea. Spent > £100 only for the mini cup cakes not to arrive. Called customer services and delivery man went to local Lola’s cupcake store and brought. Delayed everything let alone the embarrassment.

I am sorry about the issue you experienced with your delivery.
I have had a look at the order details and can see that the cupcakes were missing from the order. It does seem that this was rectified swiftly by the driver who collected a replacement box from the local Lola's store and returned to deliver them within your 9-5 delivery window.

I ordered the salted caramel cake for my baby sprinkle and it was a hit for myself and guests. Very delicious.

Delicious gluten free and vegan cake
Thank you for offering a gluten free and vegan cake. Not only did it mean a cake that my daughter could actually eat - but it was delicious! (It was the chocolate fudge and raspberry cake.)

Excellent service, packaging and presentation. Authentic quality in taste as a carrot cake. Sustainability and longevity of cake, maintaining its freshness. Succulent to taste, with the accompaniment of the cream. Overall a delightful experience of eating, a carrot cake.
