Lola's - Greenwich Market Arvostelua

Fantastic cake! Everyone loved it, it was beautiful, delicious and just perfect for my baby shower 💙 collection was nice and easy too, will be coming back! ☺️thank you!

Beautiful both in looks and taste. I went in for a second piece 😂 my daughter Dolly was very appreciative , she absolutely loved it too.. thank you 🙏 great service at the store in Greenwich, as I collected, not living to far away!! See you in November for our next birthday 🎁 celebration x

First time ordering from here and they sid not disappoint, I've heard good things about Lola’s cupcakes for a while and thought to try them out for my mums birthday cake. From placing the order online to receiving the cake everything went smooth, the cake looked exactly as it does online and my mum and family really enjoyed it, i will definitely be ordering from here again.

Stunning cake and tasted amazing, highly recommend!

Brilliant and friendly in-shop service and assistance.
Cake itself was delicious.

Lola's website was easy to navigate and made ordering my daughter's Frozen birthday cake a breeze. The only down point was that there was no communication around when the cake was ready for pick-up (other than the confirmation email), however, when we went to the store we were greeted by a well-packaged cake and friendly staff to help us.

The cake was beautifully made, with a lovely light sponge and smooth, creamy buttercream that literally melted in the mouth. It looked beautiful and tasted even better.

The collection process was easy and straightforward, and I was kept informed throughout, which made everything completely stress free.

Thank you, Lola’s, for making such a beautiful and delicious cake for my birthday. I would definitely recommend you and will happily order from you again!

Tasty cake, not too sweet, pretty design. Great customer service in the Greenwich store.

Lovely staff and relaxing decor...really surpassed my expectations

Lovely staff, friendly and helpful.

Thee Toy Story cake I bought for my son’s 6th birthday was amazing and looking incredible.

One thing I would say is that it would be great if the strawberry seeds could have been removed from the jam.

They have the best cakes , also the lovely man who works in Greenwich brunch he was so lovely he kept the cake for me , he was so friendly and polite

Loved the taste of my cup cakes and the exemplary customer service at the Greenwich store!

We all loved the cake! 🥰

the sales assistant at Greenwich Market shop was very polite enthusiastic on the phone - he knew his cake sand really tried to sell them - in person the same - keen promising young man - sorry I forgot his name - he sold me he strawberry sakura cake - highly recommend him

I have always given lolas cakes a 5 star review but in my most reventar visit in found the cakes quality and taste somehow changed. The sponge was not as moist and spongie but more on the drier side and the icing was way to sweet.

Super friendly staff very helpful in explaining the points system I would have wished that the earliest collection was 9 am rather than 10 but that was due to the occasion. Otherwise everything was perfect along with great efficiency

Amazingly yummy cupcakes

Your website is easy to use even for a novice like me. I love your cake selections. My daughters love their surprise cakes on their birthdays because not only are they beautiful but taste delicious.

I was quite disappointed that day because the cake wasn’t delivered as expected. It was delivered to another store instead. We had planned everything for my son’s birthday party, so it created a lot of confusion.
However, the staff member at the Greenwich Centre shop(10th May morning) handled the situation very well. We received a refund and an additional cake as well. Finally, we were able to collect the cake from the North Greenwich store. Otherwise, my son would have been really upset, as he was desperately looking forward to the football-themed cake.
In the end, everyone enjoyed the cake at the party. It was delicious.
