I have been waiting for three lamps for more than a month and they never gave me a tracking number and when the lamp arrived, 2 arrived and they did not answer me for the other lamp and I lost the money they cheated me, they robbed me

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!I ordered a light fixture which was supposed to have been delivered between 10-21 days. It didn’t even ship (from China ) for over 6 weeks. So took overall about 10 weeks to have it delivered. The fixture is cheaply made and looks terrible. The website asks that you write them for return or refund instructions and just now I have sent my 4 th email in a little over a week asking for return instructions. Given the horrible experiences of other customers , I see I am going to be out $500. SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

This company sucks! Shipping was promised in 7 to 21 days and that was over 2 months ago. They never respond to emails and I'm out $80. Lesson learned!

THIS IS A SCAM I ORDER A VERTIO PENDANT LIGHT FOR $600 AND AFTER TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR A REFUND FOR 2 MONTHS, I AM WRITING THIS OFF AS A LOSS!! BEWARE DO NOT ORDER THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!

I ordered a shelf Aug.5th 2020 took at least 2 months to receive (which I understood may happen because of Covid). It cane cracked contacted Loladoo at email given no response. I mailed to address given on order for returns, paid $69.00 to do so, watched tracking info as it went overseas and BACK TO ME TODAY OCT. 24 2020! So I have now emailed Looladoo 3x about this issue with NO RESPONSE. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish I had never ordered from them.

It’s a scam, order a chandelier a month ago and I didn’t receive any tracking nr ,waisted 284$!!!

I tried to contact Loladoo nobody answer, I tried to check where my order is, the tracking doesn't work.
I am waiting for my order for a long time. I am concerned that this site is a scam.

What they have as a product picture will not gonna match what you received.
I ordered a Boho Chic White Hanging Bassinet. Description doesn't tell that the stand that are on more than one of product images is not coming with it. On the description the product weight is 15 kg and fedex shipping package is 7 LB!!
I contacted them using email and the contact form on their website, they did not answer.
They not providing any phone number.
The package arrive after 17 days from china while they have Torino, ITALY address! I checked the address on google map and it's not a business address.
Don't buy from them.

I ordered a hanging bassinet for my unborn baby on April 25th and have not received anything yet.
There was no tracking number with my order,
And when I emailed them about the issue they replied it took7-25 days to arrive.
It’s been 37 days , I’ve emailed again since and they have not gotten back to me. With no number to call it’s so difficult to deal with the frustration of not knowing what’s going on!
Let’s just hope I didn’t waste my money and it’s not a scary website...
