They do not honor their return policy. The website states they have a 15 day “no questions asked” return policy. I contacted them for a return and after a dozen back and forth emails, the maximum amount they offered to refund was $32 for an order over $200. Definitely a fraudulent company.

Ordered a two 9- tier shoe racks for 79.98 no shipping because I ordered two items. Received two 3-tier shoe racks and was charged 95.98. The items were nothing like the video that I watched before ordering and the order form said 9-tier in large letters and below 3-tier in very small letters. Total rip off in my opinion. I paid through PayPal and have registered my complaint with them. When I contacted Lokinsetin I received a letter offering to reimburse me 8USD very big of them, I said thanks but no thanks. I want to return item and need a full refund for the 95.98 you actually charged me for a couple pieces of junk.

Do not buy from this non company. There is not a physical address and if you want to file a claim it has to be done through AI. The process is lengthy so people will give up.

The items arrived in excellent condition. Both were packed securely in sturdy boxes, ensuring no damage during shipping. Extra bubble wrap was used for added protection. Upon opening, I appreciated the care taken to keep them separate to prevent scratching or marking. Instructions were included which were straightforward and easy to understand. Overall, very pleased with the packaging.

Still waiting (since January 2024) for my shoes. Got a confirmation of my order right away. Then nothing. No response at all to the many mails I send.
As said earlier by others: Total rip off.
Money gone, shoes gone.

I ordered the curtain rods and never received my order. They said that the post office sent it back, Which is bullcrap. This company is a rip off.

This company is a rip off! I had to pay $15.00 for a new debit card because they over charged me and kept changing the amount. I canceled the order about 15 minutes after I ordered when I saw the first two charges but after a couple of hours they shipped it any way. I have been trying for days to get the money they over charge me back. I want a full refund because I canceled hours before they shipped the product and I want the $15.00 I had to pay for a new debit card so they could stop helping themselves to my money!!!

I ordered what they called an Advent Calendar, but was not what I expected. There were supposed to be 24 rocks/crystals in the package, one for each day in December before Christmas. There were 24 rocks, badly packaged, came from China, 4-6 rocks of exactly the same kind, and many others were glass. Sure was expensive for what I received. It took about a month to arrive.

I ordered a product from this company and paid for
it. The product was returned to them by the delivery company because I was not at home. The delivery company then said that I should contact the company from which I ordered and purchased from. The company, Lokinset refuse to resend unless I pay them more money and they will not return the money I paid.

I found the company because a Facebook ad showed me a surprisingly well-targeted ad for something a family member would like.

2/5 stars because at least I did eventually receive what I ordered (about two months after purchase), but the process seemed very shady. The company claimed to be based in and shipping from Ireland, but the package that eventually arrived had come from China, based on shipping and customs labels. Worse, they also sent me a series of package tracking updates from a tracking site that seemed like a scam (low-detail updates and no shipping company information associated with the tracking number). I eventually was able, with persistent googling, to determine that the tracking number was probably from a Chinese company, and then found that most of the status updates had been fake (package definitely had not been in Ireland at any point!), but at least it seemed likely to be a real package rather than a totally lie.

I will definitely not order from them again, because I don’t trust them at all.
