Logwise Firewood Arvostelua

My only criticism is when you order on line it does not tell you when delivery will be. We ordered on a Saturday but had to wait until the following Thursday for delivery. The logs are good quality kiln dried and burn well (much better than we have had from elsewhere previously). Logs were left exactly where we had asked them to be. Would use again.

Easy to order, very speedy delivery and very dry logs which are of a good size.

Delivery received earlier than promised which was a positive and the delivery person was helpful BUT I contacted you 2 days later with a query about my order and I left my name and number - I am still waiting for a call back which is not good customer service.

The service is first class, they are upfront and honest about deliveries, lastly a fantastic, local product! Thank you

Delivered ahead of schedule. Great quality logs, friendly driver and good service and communication throughout transaction. I would buy from again and highly recommend. Thank you!

Excellent service and and the kiln dried logs burn lovely.

The service was great, efficient and quick delivery. The wood burns well.
My only concern is, I searched for sustainable wood delivery. I was shocked when the wood arrived in bright yellow plastic netting wrapped in 3 types of plastic this is so bad for the environment.
I understand it is difficult, If you could find more sustainable way to delivery the logs I would order again.

Logwise provided excellent service and were responsive to my queries. Delivery was prompt and efficient.

Good communication and quality of items. Thank you

We have used Logwise for the first time this year. Their communication has been great - speedy and honest. I ordered the logs this morning and they were delivered this afternoon - don't think you could get more impressive service!

Superb quality, excellent service! Great communication and very helpful ! Will definitely use them again!

Thanks for good dry logs and timely delivery

Kiln dried logs burn 🔥 really well and good value compared to others. Always helpful

Great service. The delivery driver was extremely helpful. Only comment would have been to have notification of when delivery was being made. This caused us to chase and some minor arrangement issues on the day. Otherwise excellent

Prompt clean delivery of good values and good quality logs. Wood store is full and wood burner is kicking out some heat. Thanks.

Always excellent logs from Logwise - and the customer service is great too.

Very efficient and friendly service. Logs are good quality and from a sustainable source.

Excellent service.
Logs delivered in good time, quality logs.
