Website is very easy to navigate, with a wide variety of caps and logos. Unlike most of their competitors, they offer one-off customized caps. The pictorial representation of my custom created design does not do justice to the quality of the product I received. The product was shipped and arrived sooner than was expected. I plan on being a repeat customer as soon as I come up with a new concept.

This was my first experience with LogoSportswear. Our running team ordered personalized visors from them and we were quite pleased with the finished product. One of the visors had a small glitch in the lettering and they sent us a free replacement as soon as we told them. Customer service doesn't get much better than that!

Their dri-fit polo has a great fit and is very comfortable. It's a wonderful way to display our company's logo.

I ordered 8 bucket hats for myself and my friends for a one week cruise bday celebration. The logo in one of them was printed wrong and they contacted me to make sure I knew they were redoing it. I was afraid the order was not going to make it on time for our trip but their customer service was extremely nice and helpful, and they made sure i got them on time. The hats are super soft, colorful and the logo looks amazing. They look so good and I can’t wait to wear them!

The order from LogoSportswear was seamless! The website was intuitive, the pullover jackets we ordered looked even better in person and they arrived right on time. I also felt like the bulk rate pricing we received was an excellent value. The baseball team loves the pullover jackets!! 02/14/2023

Poor customer service!
My new company gave me this website to order work uniforms. One of the items was a $42 jacket. I ordered an XL because that's my normal jacket size. Well it was too big.
I called the company & asked if I could return & exchange it for a LG. They said absolutely just send it to this address with a note that has my name, order# & reason for return. I asked again, "That's all that's required?" I got a simple, "Yes, that's it."
It cost me $15.72 to return it (which I gladly paid) and today I get an email requesting another $11.81 to send it back. I called the company but they don't care. I asked them to replay the phone conversation & they weren't interested. They just reiterated they're return policy that was never given to me.

So I paid $27.53 to exchange a $41.99 jacket!

Spent ages designing a jacket with artwork. They then added $113 dollars for shipping to UK. For a jacket!
Bunch of sharks hiding prices until you are right near end of the e-commerce journey. Avoid.
Cheaper for me to pay Trump to collect for me.....

Update:
A manager contacted me providing a credit on my entire order. I did not ask for this, so I believe this says a lot about the company. I have upgraded from 2 Stars to 4 Stars, since the manager made it right.

The logo looks good, but they used an outline that makes the logo look weird from different angles. (shimmers when viewing or when light hits it)
The first response from customer service was that the wording was small, so that required the outline and why it was visible around the words.
This changed to the entire logo needed an outline, b/c they stated that the logo had fine details. This was after i sent additional pics showing that the outline was visible around the entire logo.
I can not understand why they could not have sent me an email stating that the logo has too much detail, thus, we will need to use an outline that may be visible. Thus, i would have cancelled the order.
Is this type of customer service too much to ask?
I do not think so.
$70 for a logo shirt that does not meet expectation was not a good experience/buy for me.
Look for another vendor for custom printed logos.
Company is only offering a discount on a future order.

Ordered a few t-shirts. Online design process was pretty user friendly. End product was average but didn't justify the high price. If you are ordering this for a specific event I wouldn't count on it arriving in time. In summary my experience, Expensive for quality of product & a week late.
