I returned the SP 700 printer back to…
I returned the SP 700 printer back to you months ago because it did not have Ethernet. I was sent an invoice stating the refund for the purchase but the funds were never credited to my account. I reached out several times to have this matter rectified but to date I have not been refunded for the purchase. This is horrible customer service and poor business. Now I have to take legal action to retrieve my refund.
