Excellent experience

Excellent customer service. Needed to return pants for hemming. Turnaround time was fast, and tailoring was professionally done. Highly recommend. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Barbour Rain Hat

1. You had the product I wanted in the size I needed at a price that was comparable to other vendors.
2. Your website was user friendly.
3. The correct product arrived on time, well packed and precisely as ordered. All signs of a first class retailer and purveyor of top brand names in apparel.

Fantastic Customer Service

I love shopping in person, or even online with Logan’s. Top shelf quality clothing. Recently I did an online purchase during “sale” period. Somehow my code at checkout did not pop up. I phoned the store the next day and were super nice resolving the issue. Great merchandise, and even nicer folks to do business with!

The item I ordered was not in stock

The item I ordered was not in stock, but I was not informed of this until I called the company to ask the status of my order, some 12 days after I placed the order. At that point, it was past the birthday for which I had ordered the item, leaving me no choice to find it elsewhere in a timely manner. Bad customer service.
