Loft Leaf Arvostelua 

I ordered a coir pole just after Christmas and was really impressed that I received it on New Year’s Eve! The pole itself is great, good quality etc… . I’ve only given 4 stars as I was a little surprised at the delivery packaging - fairly flimsy and open completely at one end: Yes it was only a coir pole and I am mindful of unnecessary packaging material, a little bit more paper wrap however would have offered a bit more delivery protection. Despite my grumblings I am happy with the product and would recommend Loft Leaf

I ordered a specific plant for a gift for a relative. The day before it should have been delivered they notified me they were not satisfied with the quality of the plant and asked if I wanted to order a different plant. Sadly it was that plant I wanted so they offered me a refund straight away. Because if this I will definitely use this company again.

Voucher didn’t arrive on Christmas Eve. The voucher didn’t want to leave the box and finally sent to me the giver of the voucher for me to send on! Not a good outcome.

I'm always a little wary about ordering plants during winter, however, all arrived in exceptional condition on Christmas Eve! Top marks for insulation & 100% recyclable packaging!!

Amazing service! I have bought quite a few plants now from Loft Leaf and they’re all beautiful and exceptionally healthy, and have arrived so quickly in the post. Plus the packaging is all recycled and the peanuts dissolve in water. A*** - thank you for making all of my plant dreams come true!!!

Loft Leaf is a lovely company, providing much loved plants to their customers. I recently bought a Dragon Tree and a Tillandsia and they were sent to me in perfect condition, beautifully and thoughtfully packaged with a little handwritten note. My plants are still waiting for me to decide on a position for them at home but they are happy and settled after their journey. Really impressed and will be back for more!! 🤩😊

I've placed 4 orders with Loft since summer. My last one, placed a week ago has not arrived, there's no tracking info, I've had no notification of a delay. Just a wasted day waiting.
That's annoying, but not the reason for 1 star. Shipping is way over priced, and advertised as 'express', it's that or collect from Cardiff. It's not express, average of 8 days in my experience. Snail mail would be quicker. And it's pricey if your order is under £50!
Two of the plants I ordered turned out to be unavailable also, so the website isn't accurate either, and it takes days to find that out. I've bought previously from Loft because tbh, it was easy to follow a link from an email than scour the many suppliers for what I was after. I don't feel I'm getting value for money, or decent service either so I'll be spending elsewhere from now on.
The plants themselves have been ok, some great and no damage, some dead within weeks, some had minor mechanical damage from the journey. I've bought from eBay and no difference despite higher costs. All in all, for the price/service, I feel there's better out there. That's just me, maybe I just got unlucky.

This was the first order I made myself after having got the lovely Paloma as a present. My monkey jar and Christmas tree were well packaged with a lovely note. All my friends buy from Loft Leaf X
