Lodders Solicitors Arvostelua 7

Having spent almost £325k with Lodders preparing arguments for a complex divorce proceeding with a senior solicitor/partner over a 2.5 year period, I was informed 3 days before the 2 week final hearing that they would not be available to attend. No other senior partner stepped in. I was left with a junior solicitor and had to engage another barrister to assist my counsel. They are definitely only interested in what is best for them not you as a client.

Very slow to communicate. Feel totally unvalued as a customer. Not cheap. Avoid

Not good avoid at all cost

We rang for an appointment on Monday …wills and POA. It is now end of business Wednesday and we have not had the promised return call.

Lodders failed to register the sale of land correctly with the Land Registry resulting in a loss of land and disputed boundaries! (not once but twice).
Worse is their ‘Complaints Process’ manager R Bird. His personal opinions cloud any actual facts and his tardy response to any communication is woeful. His AVERAGE response over a 2.5 yr complaint process is over 19 weeks, the longest wait being 24 weeks to get any response!! Why Lodders allow such a dreadful service is baffling, but to allow this man to be in charge of their ‘Complaints Process’ shows how much Lodders care about providing a professional and competent service!

Truly amazed with the high ethics and excellent service in particular with Mr Michael Brook, many thanks for all offered. How wonderful we incidentally came across few years back. Much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Cost me ££££ and stress as they didn’t get there ducks in a row so to speak tried bluffing there way Rubbish !!!
Could of taken a lot longer and probably cost me a lot more had to do a deal which cost me money...lady dealing the matter was young tbh and I don’t wish to name her I blame Lodders they should of done much better.
