Locksmiths Gloucester Limited Arvostelua

Absolutely brilliant and friendly service, just what you want at times. A need ... a text ... a phone call ... a repair within a couple of hours.
Highly recommended.

I had my bag stolen and couldn't get in my house but I had spare keys inside. Called to see how much a lock Smith would be to get me in "£69 and we will get you inside the house"
Guy turned up just laughing! £370 odd quid later!!! I'm feeling fully taken advantage of and extremely upset.
Now I know you might be thinking well it must've been obvious that you wouldn't get in for £69 but because those exact words were used I blindly booked the guy to come out who corrected it was just £69 to get him to site. I'm basically then held at ransom, no phone or wallet as it had been stolen and not happy one little bit.
Poor customer service from the off.

I was very impressed when James volunteered to take a look at the problem during his lunch break and provide the expert advice I needed.
When the replacement door handles were later fitted, the result was a great improvement.
I would be happy to use his services again..

I would recommend Locksmiths Gloucester. Prompt and sorted out the lock problem I had.

Speedy service, lovely guy

Being told what was wrong and also how much it would cost to put it right.
Polite clean up no mess for me

Responsive, efficient, reliable. No hidden costs.

Honest, helpful & fast service.

Great job. Efficient, friendly and polite. Cleaned up after he’d finished. Would recommend.

Brilliant service fast and friendly and reliable, highly recommend

Speedy, Great service and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend these guys with any lock issues.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic service, contacted on Thursday and out fitting a new key safe on Friday, very pleasant engineer.

Embarrassed to say I got trapped in the bathroom because the locking mechanism decided to tell me enough was enough.
They came out ASAP when other companies didn't even reply when called.
Thanks for the help guys.

Saxon took my call on a Saturday afternoon and as promised turned up within the hour to carry out an emergency board up of a window that had been smashed. Excellent service and cost was good value for the work carried out. Thanks

Prompt response to after hours call out. Friendly and professional service.

great work - would use again

Today at short notice, I phoned 24 hr Locksmiths, Gloucester when Saxon was able to plan his journey time to first job in Hereford, the first job's elapsed time and the time to arrive at my address some 60 minutes away which was spot-on. He got stuck in by changing two locks quickly, one needed a special tool to cut a slot into retaining bolt that was overtightened. The grade of cylinder locks where only one star so no three star options but the total price was very acceptable and getting the job done on the same day was brilliant.
