The price was exactly as agreed over the phone, and the work was professional and efficient. This was a scam. Charged thousands of pounds and took advantage of vulnerable situation and individual. Please avoid.

Brilliant service! The locksmith technician arrived quick as advised on the phone. Ivan treated us very with a lot of professionality and took his time to find the best solution for us. He use some special tools and picked the lock in just a few minutes, letting me in. Price was 99£ as he mentioned on arrival. Highly recommend!

Please don’t use this company! Total scammers. ‘John’ turned up and said he couldn’t open the lock, he’d have to drill the lock out and replace the whole lock as it’s a top security lock (which it isn’t). He said it would be £300 to enter the door, then at least £300 to replace lock and this didn’t include labour or VAT. So at least £800 which was a total joke. It felt suspicious so I said I’d get a different quote but I still had to pay the £60 call out fee. I’ve now got a reliable locksmith coming round and it will all cost £80.
I wish I hadn’t panicked and phoned this company without reading the reviews.
The 5 star reviews are obviously all fake.
This company preys on people who are in need. Really sad

Just been sworn at on the phone by these people when I telephoned to cancel them attending my property. Rude and unhelpful- avoid at all costs.
