Knowledgeable and great service

I was given knowledgeable assistance with ordering the products as I didn't know what to order. Also the courier company didn't deliver on time so they sent all the products ordered again. These arrived next day. Great service!

Truly terrible. They do not allow returns, even if the item is faulty. AVOID!!!

We understand you’re requesting a refund; however, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where a fault is reported, the retailer is entitled to verify the nature of the issue before determining the appropriate remedy.
