Card very nice But....
The single card i ordered was in very good condition . The reason i have only given 3 stars is the Delivery charge which is very very expensive, the charge for delivery was way more than the cost of the card.

Thanks for the review, and really glad the card arrived in good condition.
Just for a bit of transparency on the postage: every order goes out with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is the standard delivery rate that was selected on this particular order, the same rate across the UK TCG market. It means your card is fully tracked and covered from our door to yours, rather than dropped in a plain envelope and hoped for the best, this includes packaging to ensure your purchase remains the quality as described. That rate also has to cover packaging, protective materials and the platform and payment fees that come with running the shop, so it isn't something we mark up.
We know it can look steep next to a single lower value card. If you ever want to grab a few cards at once, the postage stays the same for the whole order, so it works out much better value compared to ordering a single card.

Made my first purchase after hearing good things about Lockett labs from friends. Ordered 5 mini Pokemon tins and they gave me one of each design from the set. That was really nice, I wasn’t expecting it at all. It was packaged well and not a single dent.

Very good service and great range.
I am doing a pokedex for my nephew and just want to get as many cards as cheaply, as I can so he can then work on upgrading them. Due to this i have sent them some horrible orders, like 90+ common cards from multiple sets and theyve always been completed quickly and delivered well within the time frame given. Can't rate them highly enough.

Ive been using Lockett Labs for roughly 5 years now and have always had great service, fair pricing and most of all reliable delivery and protection of the cards I've ordered. I can not recommend Ray enough to others fpr a great service and amazing knowledge.

No protection
Cards sent to me without a toploader or other protection and arrived bent. Did not expect such amateur care from a card shop. Will never purchase from here again.
Edit: I have further downgraded my rating to 1 star. I emailed the store as asked in their reply and got told bent cards are normal. They reply to these pretending to help, giving a false image of customer care.

Hi again,
We do care. You showed us a picture of a card that was slightly warped (not damaged). We sent the cards in a hardback envelope within a team bag even though you claim there was absolutely no protection.
We asked for further photos to show damaged cards in order to help you and find a solution, however no further response followed and therefore we haven’t been able to resolve your issue with replacement(s).
Please kindly reconsider in future jumping to the conclusion that we - and other alike businesses - aren’t trying to help you.
FURTHER EDIT 12/01/26:
We haven’t received any form of further contact regarding this, even though we wanted to help resolve this case. We are going to close this case as unresolved due to no communication from customer.
