Didn’t feel rigged when I lost
Losses felt like normal variance, not super one-sided. Some nights I was up, some nights down. It didn’t feel like the casino was out to instantly wipe me every time.

Nice colors, not eye-burning
The whole color scheme is kind of muted, not neon. I can look at it after work without feeling tension. Combined with the fairly clean layout, it makes me less restless even if the slots are tense by nature.

No weird payment declines
On another site my card kept getting declined for no reason. Here my deposits go through first try almost every time. Only once my bank blocked it and I had to confirm. That’s more a bank thing than a casino thing though.

Excellent customer service from start…
Excellent customer service from start to finish. I believe myself to be a bit of an awkward customer but lockdown customs handled my request so perfectly and efficiently. I have already recommended to all my friends and I will be back for another pair very soon!
