LOCK£D IN! CLOTHING Arvostelua

first of all great customer service amazing clothes material 10/10 what more can you ask for

I have had a complaint regarding a bag purchased by my son. The stitches are faulty. I emailed to see what can be done and I was ignored. I complained via social media and I was asked to email them. So I did. I was sent a picture saying the item had been delivered. As this was not my complaint I replied stating the issue again and was ignored again. I then gave a review on here and yet again told they have not received any emails and to email them to discuss. Yet again no response. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. My son spent over £100 of his hard earned money on the bag for it to fall apart within 6 weeks. Far from acceptable!!! Maybe someone from the company could actually contact me?

Tracky came yesterday so clean n comfy and ordered a short set couple months ago aswell quality’s crazy

Great quality , fair price, this brand needs to blow up. Straight street drip. I wouldn’t be surprised if I saw any celebrities or underground artists rocking this apparel-musicallyclever

Fire track suits and shorts set amazing quality material but needs more stuff selling to be a 5 star ⭐️

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this tracksuit absolutely deserves one. From the moment I put it on, I could tell this wasn’t just any regular set—it’s the perfect combination of comfort, style, and performance. Will definitely be back for more !🤩

Package got damaged in transit, Locked IN was rapid with the response and sorting a replacement out, gave updates along the way and maintained good professionalism, recieved package today quality is top tier on all items, 10/10 great products, great customer service

Order not in stock given option to get refund or different clothing and arrived in 3-4days

The lack of contact is ridiculous, I’m trying to return an item that arrived too small and they will not respond, I have emailed, DM’d, commented on their posts, I have tried every avenue to contact them and they are refusing to answer

Ordered two sizes tracksuits as to make sure one fitted. Both came with no problem. I have contacted Lock£din 4 times asking for the return address, as states that is what you have to do. so i can send the XS size back but I have not had a reply. This has been going on for 2 weeks. I would never buy of them again.

Good quality comfortable definitely get this tracksuit

The delivery was great and advertising was amazing aswell due to me getting what I expected
