We wanted a new Sunroom but were messed around by other firms until we visited Lochinvar.
They quickly arranged a survey and quote which was within budget even including a few extras we wanted.
The whole team from start to finish were excellent and are a credit to the company.
Workmanship was to an excellent finish and the team were very tidy and organised.
We would have no hesitation to recommend Lochinvar.

From the advice of the rep and the measuring of the new door and surrounds, the different choices of doors offered, to the fitters and the office staff- second to none!

We had an exterior door fitted by Lochinar. The whole process was very smooth, from the surveyor to the fitting team. Very good, tidy and attention to detail.

In early 2022, We asked Lochinvar to build a sun room, and was completed in June,2022. The construction went well with good workmanship. However we had to wait for the Completion Certificate from Council in 2025. We appreciated staff of Lochinvar to follow up, especially to the manager, Chic and Chyvonne.

Good communication about progress. The workers where very pleasant and efficiant and carried out the work to a high standard

This is the second time we have used Lochinvar. From the first initial visit by Douglas to go through the window and door options to the time the work was complete the whole experience was faultless. The joiners that did the work were fantastic and the finished job is excellent. So
Much so that we have them coming back next summer to totally replace our conservatory.
Everyone at the company and in the showroom are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble if we had any questions.

Lochinvar came out and priced 2 patio doors to be fitted, a brick wall cut out and a replacement window and removel of the rear door. Always updated through the process, they took care all the council building warrants etc and various contractors to carry out the work, I just had to be in on the days that the work was carried out, always friendly and professional tradesmen and admin staff that I dealt with at a very reasonable price. Would use again

Garage conversion. Started on time, friendly staff all round, in general good communication. Tidy & pleasant workmen. Lochinvar were recommended to us and we're happy we went with them.

Lochinver supplied and fitted two windows for me in November. I found the whole buying and fitting experience to be effortless. They kept me updated at every stage of the process. The guys who came to fit were really nice, did a great job, and also were extremely efficient and tidy. Lochinver are an extremely professional outfit and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them or using them again (in fact I have used them several times).

From first visit to the show room right through to the windows and doors being fitted everything was great. Helpful staff all along the journey and the fitting team were tidy and left no mess. Bonus!

Having previously used Lochinvar to build a conservatory we were happy to work with them again to install new windows and doors for the entire house. Pre sales meetings and communication were conducted quickly and efficiently with a great price for the entire job. The fitting team were super, completing all work professionally keeping us fully informed of the process and leaving the house as they had found it. We are already feeling the benefit of the installation with warmer less noisy rooms. We would fully recommend Lochinvar to anyone thinking of upgrading their home.
