The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The car was clean, in excellent condition, and exactly as booked. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. I highly recommend Locauto to anyone looking to rent a car at Pescara Airport. I will definitely use their service again!

Tutto quello che si poteva fare per dare disservizio è stato fatto, call center gentile ma ad ogni chiamata di sollecito qualocsa non era stato fatto dall'operatore. Un giorno e mezzo per avere una macchina. Unica nota positiva il ragazzo che mi ha consegnato la macchina.

Per cominciare sono arrivato con volo…
Per cominciare sono arrivato con volo delle 7.00 a Pescara e ho dovuto aspettare fino alle 8.30 l'apertura del vs ufficio, quando gli altri già alle 8.00 - 8.15 avevano aperto. Ho chiesto un upgrade della vettura prenotata, ma non c'erano vetture disponibili.
Le vettura che mi è stata consegnata, presentava un classico rumore da marmitta bucata o cosa del genere, il giorno prima della riconsegna ha smesso di funzionare il condizionatore.
Ho fatto presente il tutto al vs incaricato

The car was black
The car was black and for High temperatures it is uncomfortable. Nevertheless car was rather new and with automatic transmission so it is additional plus.
