Had a horrible experience with local ramu. Lost my perfect working DVR cause of their fault. They are very inexperienced and very arrogant. Kindly think twice before availing their services.

⚠️ Warning: My experience with LocalRamu has been extremely disappointing and feels like a scam.
I booked a washing machine repair service on September 16, but after repeated follow-up calls, the technician did not show up until September 19. He charged ₹5,500 for the repair, claiming that he replaced two parts with new ones and repaired the machine's control board.
Unfortunately, the washing machine was never fixed properly. Even after the repair, water continues to leak constantly, making the machine unusable. It has now been more than two weeks, and the issue remains unresolved. My parents are above 70 and it is becoming hard to wash cloths, i tell them this but they are not understanding
Every time I contact them, I get a different excuse. One day they say the technician is involved in some case, another day they say he is unavailable. Today, September 29th 2026 they informed me that it will take another two days because the technician has a fever. While I understand that people can get sick, what is unacceptable is that the company is refusing to send another technician and is instead suggesting that a new service visit may incur additional charges.
I paid ₹5,500 expecting a professional repair, but I am left with the same problem, wasted time, and endless excuses. The customer service is poor, accountability is non-existent, and there appears to be no concern for resolving customer issues after payment has been collected.
I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company and consider alternative service providers. My experience has been frustrating, costly, and completely unsatisfactory.
Fooled into buying gas refill even though was not required, technician was Zaheerudiin SG. Better not use this service
FRAUD AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE - DO NOT TRUST!
I booked a washing machine repair through LocalRamu. The technician charged me ₹7,000 for the repair, but after taking the money, the machine did not work for even a single wash.
When I raised a complaint, the exact same technician came back and demanded an additional ₹5,500 to fix it! They took ₹7,000 without fixing anything and are now trying to extort more money. This is a complete scam. Save your hard-earned money and avoid LocalRamu entirely.
