More Than Loft Ladders Arvostelua

Had a great experience with More Than loft Ladders. From the first visit there was no pressure to buy, unlike some other companies.

Ivan was friendly, professional, and really took pride in his work. I had a new loft hatch, loft ladder, and some boarding fitted, and the difference is amazing. The loft looks great, and I finally have a space I can actually use!

Really pleased with the whole experience. Ivan took pride in his work and pleasure to chat to. I’d happily recommend More Than loft Ladders to anyone looking to make the most of their loft.

The lads Oliver, Charlie & Ryan did a brilliant job, arrived on time and worked non stop, Completed the job in 1 day and left everywhere clean and tidy. Would recommend them to anyone who needs the loft sorting

Dan installed our boarding, new loft hatch and ladders and he was wonderful. Got straight on with it no fuss and cleaned up after himself. When a couple issues arose, he explained everything clearly and double checked everything with me. Afterwards he gave us a clear demonstration of everything. Dan was great!

We had an issue that the protective roof lining hadn't been added to the quote, but they came back 3 days later and fitted it, without any issues or reminders.

Great service and great execution. Quote given by Ben, work carried out by Josh and Connor. The entire process was hassle free, transparent, respectful and professional. The final product is excellent. I now have more storage space at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

Have been nothing short of fantastic. They were able to install really quickly and Ivan the installer was brilliant!

Here at 8 on the dot and finished with enough time to load up the loft with everything I needed to.

Would highly recommend!!

More than loft ladders have done an amazing job! We couldn’t be happier. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The job got done really fast as well. Can’t wait to use my loft.

Have to say I saw excellent reviews for this company and having had work done by them I have to agree. Lewis came and gave us a quote, he was so informative and courteous and the quote for loft ladder, new loft hatch and boarding was very reasonable. The fitter, I think it was Mark, was so lovely and put us at ease and talked us through everything. He completed the work without stopping and did an excellent job. Can't fault this company, they were excellent.

Excellent start to finish , great communication and not at all pushy , no deposit up front like most take 40-50% deposit, great quality . No hesitation to recommend these guys

Great service, quality and price

Excellent company. Would definitely recommend. Fantastic service from Oli. Good communication and very clean tidy work

I am disappointed with the result. I paid £500 extra but the loft was not suitably cleaned of sand as I requested. When I went up after my holiday there was still inches of sand left around the beams. It took me a full day to clean it all and it made an awful mess over the fresh boards. I was so disappointed. I am also really not happy with the hatch. Not only is it unsightly and poorly finished, it is difficult to put things up in the loft as it’s too small, the piece of wood that flaps down is poorly cut and finished and grit keeps falling down from the current piece of wood. In my opinion for 2k I should have a better result. I am not getting good use of my loft and will have to call another company in to sort the hatch. I feel like I have thrown money away and I cannot afford to do that.
I have sent an email about my disappointment but it has been ignored.

Very good service from the first visit to completion of work. Provided what was promised. Ivan did a good job and left the place very clean and tidy. Would recommend.

I had a great experience with More Than Loft Ladders after my loft hatch and ladder broke unexpectedly. They responded to my enquiry incredibly quickly and arranged to replace the hatch and fit a new loft ladder without any hassle.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they arrived when they said they would, and the installation was completed to a high standard. The new hatch and ladder are sturdy, easy to use, and look great.

I really appreciated their fast response and professional service. I’d happily recommend More Than Loft Ladders to anyone needing a loft ladder or hatch replacement. Excellent service all round!

Very efficient service. Efficient quoting and goid contac throughout. Installation was very good ..clean and prodessional

Brilliant service from start to finish, Dan the installer was fantastic, loft hatch and ladder are of the highest quality and the work was completed on time, despite the heat. Would definitely recommend.

Throughout the loft update, both Fin & Ethan were professional and respectful of our property. They did a splendid job with minimal mess or fuss, just got on with the job in a timely manner. Once the work was finished, they explained the work done and how to use the new hatch & ladders safely. A very good service carried out.

What a fantastic company with amazing staff, I can’t say enough or recommend them enough. A professional and courteous team with a guaranteed product at a reasonable price!

More than loft ladders solved my storage problems in a day. Loft boarded out, new ladder and new light fitted inside six hours ! I thought the price was a bargain for the work done. Clean and tidy afterwards as well. I am more than happy to recommend this company to anyone needing this sort of work.

Fantastic company from start to finish. I was given 3 options for my loft, and decided on having “ the full works”. A date was settled on. The lads turned up, cheerful and polite at 8am. Within 6 hours they had insulated, boarded, extended the loft hatch, installed a wooden ladder and handrails. They checked I was able to get into the attic. And the lads clear up afterwards and took all the rubbish away. A fantastic company to deal with from initial contact to the very end. Highly recommend

Harvey and Josh turned up on a v warm day with a positive attitude and did a fantastic job in 7 hours with a quality end result. The whole process from start to finish was great: from initial consultation to demo of ladder etc. I’m delighted that I can finally tidy the house and have a semblance of order. Thoroughly recommended!
