$120 for a Venetian Opal ring and one of the diamonds fell out within 2 months. The Opal and diamonds were dull. Couldn’t even get a refund, just store credit.

Not sure why Local Eclectic has negative reviews – this website has such nice trendy jewelry, both gold-plated and solid gold. I bought the earring surprise box and was delighted! It also came super quick (US to UAE). The earrings I got were super cute, no dents or scratches or anything. 10/10 will buy again!

I got "flashed" at the Chicago location and it was definitely not what I was expecting. The images on their website made it appear as if it was an experience where you could drink walk around and shop. I drove 45 minutes into the city, had to pay for parking, and then walked around trying to find the little pop up. Really hard to find and there's no way you could just "walk in" as you had to be buzzed in. The workers were friendly, but the place was so small with maybe had two boxes of other products to look at. The actual placement of the bracelet was very quick and then you were done. I got the "twist" style which is very small and dainty but not the smallest option. I was surprised at the prices as I was expecting it to be a bit thicker for 140$. There were no bathrooms on cite and no close public bathrooms. I just decided to wait and drove the 45 minutes back home. If you live in Chicago and have a free hour on your lunch break or something and can walk there, then that would be the only reason to go.

Ich habe bereits zweimal Schmuck bei diesem „Unternehmen“ gekauft, das erste mal war es ein Ring, der nach kurzer Zeit abgefärbt hat. War zwar schade drum, aber ich dachte das kann ja mal passieren.
Dann habe ich einige Zeit später, Dino-Ohrringe, die sie auf Instagram beworben haben, gekauft weil ich sozusagen schockverliebt war. Für 4 einzelne Ohrringe, habe ich knapp über 80€ (ohne Versand) gezahlt. Allerdings, habe ich dann vorhin nochmal nach neuen Ohrringen ganz normal auf Google gesucht und was sehe ich? Auf irgendeiner Billig-Schmuckwebsite genau diese Dino Ohrringe und noch viele weitere aus dieser „Kollektion“ für jeweils ca. 1,50€ das Paar!
Das erklärt die schlechte Qualität der Ohrringe, über die ich aber hinweg gesehen habe, weil ich die Ohrringe an sich so toll fand. Local Ecletic hat diesen Schmuck und wahrscheinlich auch noch viele weitere Produkte bei Billigschmuck-Anbietern gekauft und verkaufen den völlig überteuert weiter. Schlaue Masche, wenn Leute wie ich darauf reinfallen. Hoffentlich liest jemand diese Bewertung, bevor er dort eine Bestellung abgeschlossen hat.

I actually experienced very good customer service with regard to a ring I purchased. A prong broke and I nearly lost the stone (I had already alerted them that the prongs seemed too pliable) so I sent a photo and, even though it was past the return window, they gave me store credit once I dropped the off at FedEx (free return shipping) The credit showed up in my email almost immediately. I ordered another ring. Beautiful but it runs small in size so I need to return IT but, again, at no charge to me and I'll be issued store credit.
Customer service in my experience is excellent.

Pretty sure they dropship their products and charge customers luxury prices because they're good at marketing. This is a scam. I ordered an $83 ring with a sterling silver base that was supposed to be coated in gold and wow LOOOL um. The Claudia Statement Ring in blue, to be specific. This ring weighed the same as the plastic egg jewelry you'd sometimes find inside the plastic easter eggs or at Chuck-e-Cheese when you'd go to cash in your tickets. Even their packaging is a joke. Their products are not reflective of they way they market them online. I highly suggest they consider opening up an online digital agency and sell their product marketing services instead.

The rings are beautiful but for the price the quality is terrible, my fingers are green and itchy. It really sucks because I had wanted them for over a year and finally got them and it’s uncomfortable and unsightly to wear them

I have ordered 700$ + of jewellery to UK. They claim 'free shipping and customs no hidden fees'. I have now a debt collector chasing me for over £200 worth of custom charges they haven't settled.

Terrible quality, stone fell off the ring after three months. The item has been removed from their website so I can't leave a review on their site for it.

I'm not at all surprised to see that their 1 star section is 85% of the total reviews. I'm honestly more than disappointed--I'm a bit disgusted with how Local Eclectic has chosen to manage their business. I purchased a ring. When I received it, it looked nothing like the photo. I emailed them and asked if it was possible to send me a different one. They did as a new order. Still looked nothing like the photo. I emailed them back and said thank you for the new order, but I'd like my money back. They refused, and told me they can't offer a refund because they don't do refunds on exchanges, which I was never told before making the decision to have them send a new one. Then they said that my return was past the ten day policy. It wasn't--I was within the time period for a return for the new order, and even more so, I ordered during their special holiday return policy which they didn't honor. In their refusal email, they said that they did me a favor by sending me another piece, and that per their policy on the website, they wouldn't give a refund. I looked everywhere on their website. I asked them to show me where. They sent me the link to a page of their site that has nothing to do with our situation. NO where did it say that once an item was exchanged, you couldn't do a refund. Not once. I scoured every informational page on the website for over an hour. This feels so icky and shady, and I feel manipulated into making the choice I did. Had I had all the information, I wouldn't have chosen an exchange--I would have chosen a refund. Don't bother ordering--the products don't look like the pictures, they fall apart easily, and this company does not care about its customers or service.

They apparently shipped almost 400 dollars worth of "jewelry" that I purchased for Xmas for my wife without signature confirmation. Item says FedEx delivered it but I never received it. I contacted then no response then made a claim via PayPal of course they responded then said it was delivered. That was it. No other correspondence. If this place was in ny would definitely go to store to speak to someone,, but wait can't even do that because they don't have a phone number. Stay away all I want was their crappy ass stuff my wife wanted but they won't even reply

I ordered a chain with a knot pendant.It looked perfect in picture. What arrived was the tiniest chain I have ever seen with a knot in the chain. Litterally the tied a knot in the chain. Te picture hd to have been magnified 20 times larger than what I received. I will be returning immediately.

Ordered two rings totaling 500$+ weeks ago. Still have not arrived. No tracking number attached to the tracking number they sent me. Customer service will not look into it as it’s outside of their shipping window. I’ve reached out to them twice now with the same copy and paste auto response about waiting longer before they will look into it. Save your energy friends. I wish I had seen these other reviews on how poorly made the jewelry is before I ordered :(

The jewelry is beautiful but it’s definitely overpriced for the quality. I bought 2 pair of earrings and the stones fell out of each earring and I bought a ring and 2 stones fell out of that all within 2 months. I contacted customer service to see if they could at least repair the items if I mailed them back and all they offered was 20% off of my next purchase but I’m not going to buy anything else from there just for it to fall apart.

I have had two solid gold rings on separate occasions from them. With the first, a little diamond fell out and after contacting them, they agreed to give me store credit for it ($500+). With that credit, I purchased a different model and the same thing happened. I tried contacting them through the live chat about it, but after an hour waiting I never got a response. Now I will try to email them I guess. This was supposed to be my engagement ring, and I just wish I had done more research and purchased elsewhere.

The necklace they sent me feels incredibly cheap and plastic and the stones are green instead of white. Not what was pictured and is incredibly overpriced junk. Also the instructions they gave basically said if you wear it once it’s gonna tarnish bc they basically admit it’s cheaply made garbage. Don’t buy!

I received a gold ring with pearls two days ago. One of the pearls has already fallen off of the ring! This ring was $185, so it is ridiculous that it is so cheaply made.

Save your money, I cannot figure out how to leave a review on their site.

Do not buy! Poor quality and very bad service. Return costs are almost as high as the price of the “jewelry” (just totally overpriced plastic rubbish...)

Ordered a necklace and bracelet for my girlfriend on 12/18 for Christmas, with Priority (2-3 day shipping) to ensure it makes it in time. Arrived January 9th and the necklace's pendant was broken (stone fell out). I asked for options on what they could do to help and they simply offered store credit for the necklace and would not pay for shipping of another item to me.

Customer service did not answer a single e-mail from my follow ups regarding the late shipments and refused to offer options to solve the problem or simply cover shipping on a replacement, which is beyond standard practice.

Horrible service, bad quality product.
