I wouldn’t even gave this company a star but then I can’t get into the comment section without tapping on the star. This is a bad company. I tried the offer they sent me 1000 and you gonna pay it back the amount of 1500. And I called them and refused to accept the money. Later I knew they blocked me 😂. Funny I have a good credit score. I don’t need your help.

Will lend you the money with high broker fees.

These guys were great! I probably will be repaying an arm and leg but they helped me in time of need and were legit!

I don't think the company is real. No reply to customer inquiries

I originally applied for a loan on October 30th it's now Nov 24 and the refused me after sending multiple emails saying I was pre approved this company is disgusting and does nothing but give false hope to struggling people! Had no prob takin my bank info numerous times horrible horrible horrible place!

This company prides themselves on "Fast Access to funds on your smartphone, tablet or computer." I don't think that making a client wait from October 20th to November 10th is exactly fast access. The only reason I received a response to my application, was I poked them 3x for a response. They don't answer the phone either - as I also tried calling 3x and received voicemail. I understand you have your processes for a loan. However, making a client wait that long and ONLY after they poke you, is unacceptable. They did not process my application - as I checked with my references, and my employer. Just refused with no reason as to why. Seems as if you're quiet, they will give you a loan. If not? Well they refuse you. I am giving this rating as it's disgusting making a client wait 21 days for a response. Makes me wonder if they process applications at all?

They did take a while and almost seemed like a scam. But after a few e-mails and calls, I was able to get a installment loan. Website not the best.

Don't waste you're time

Beware of this company. They do not respond and their customer service is beyond horrible. There is horrible and there is this company at the bottom of the barrel. I don't know why various company recommend them, they need to keep them off their list.

Worst customer service and company policy ever. Fees to borrow is way too high and they will try to milk as much out of you as they can and will keep sending you renewal offers. My suggestion go anywhere but these guys. Any other Loan company will give you a settlement offer but these guys.

Horrible customer service they will lie and tell you that you will receive a reponse by end of day repeatedly only to not receive anything.

I applied got a reply in a couple days saying I was approved then after about an hour of trying to figure out where to upload my ID to get the funds, I contacted customer support and apparently they sent it in error I understand things mess up but atleast communicate that so we dont waste time.

Be aware.... Possible Scam.
As soon as they have all your info and bank they stops responding.
have tested it both wit a bad and a exelent creditscore and both ends in ; sorry we cant offer you a loan right away after entering your bank info.

Borrowell recommended this company to me. I started to put in all my personal information on the website and as soon as I had entered my banking account information it switched to a message that said: "We're sorry we cannot give you a loan at this time." Very strange considering they advertise themselves as a loan brokerage and apparently are supposed to shop your loan request around and find you a borrower, but they automatically shut down the application process once they got my bank info. Doesn't look legit at all.
