Great service, it’s the way banking used to be, a chat about the situation, what was needed and a quick solution. Think the whole process took under 3 hours for this loan including finding time to do the video walk round.
Thanks guys!

Dear Farhad,
We appreciate your feedback regarding your recent experience with LoanOnYourCar.co.uk. We regret to learn of your dissatisfaction, but we also appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and clarify our application process.
Upon receiving your loan application, we conducted a thorough credit report, which unfortunately did not yield any relevant information. As part of our responsible lending practices and in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we requested three months' bank statements to assess your affordability and suitability for the loan you applied for.
It is important to note that these steps are an integral part of our assessment process and are implemented to ensure responsible lending and financial stability for both our clients and our company. Regrettably, based on the information provided in the bank statements, we were unable to extend the loan offer to you. Please understand that this decision is made with careful consideration of your financial well-being and our commitment to responsible lending practices.
We understand that this outcome may be disappointing, but we want to assure you that our decision is not taken lightly. LoanOnYourCar.co.uk is an FCA-regulated Logbook Loan Lender with a strong commitment to transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction. We take pride in our track record of excellent customer service, as evidenced by the positive feedback from our numerous satisfied clients, as reflected in our 475 + five-star 'Excellent' Trustpilot reviews.
We genuinely regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused you. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team. We value your feedback and thank you for considering LoanOnYourCar.co.uk for your financial needs.
Warm regards

Dear David,
Thank you for taking the time to discuss your concerns with us earlier today. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your review.
First and foremost, we want to confirm that we are indeed an FCA-regulated business, committed to providing transparent and reliable services to our customers. With over 475 5-star reviews for both service and value, we take great pride in our reputation and the trust our customers place in us.
Regarding your loan with LoanOnYourCar.co.uk, we want to clarify some points that you mentioned in your review. When you signed the loan agreement, you received a comprehensive written explanation of the terms and conditions. Additionally, our team conducted a follow-up call to confirm your understanding of the terms and your suitability for the loan, which you accepted at that time.
We understand your concerns about the total amount paid, and we want to assure you that the interest charged was calculated accurately and the amount you quoted in your review included the interest and capital for the loan, which in fact you held for over 18 months. Moreover, we offer our customers the flexibility to settle the loan early at any time without incurring penalties, and they can also make overpayments to reduce the total amount paid. It appears that these options were not utilised in your case.
In response to your feedback, we have reviewed your account and, as a gesture of goodwill, we have removed the £20 option purchase fee. We hope this demonstrates our commitment to addressing your concerns and providing a satisfactory resolution.
Once again, thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We value your feedback and the opportunity to improve our services. If you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Best regards,
Paul Hilburn
