I find that Loan Ledger meets my accounting needs pretty well. The best part is having the support from Martie Mullen all these years. She always answers my questions and helps me to resolve my issues.
Loan Ledger was easy to install, is user friendly and has a great support staff. This upgrade in software for Whispering Winds Properties, LLC has been a time saver and (more importantly) reduced levels of frustration in our office. Over the last several years we have used two different systems which have either been either limited in capabilities and/or could not provide accurate data. We are a small mortgage company with less than 100 loans, but have participants or investors on just about every loan to spread credit risk. With the M/Banker module we are able to handle the investor transactions with simplicity and accuracy. I have been a community banker for over 40 years and find Liability Ledger to be an inexpensive solution to a complex process. No system is perfect and there is always room for improvement, but for the initial price and great support it is worth a try in my opinion.

Been using this software for at least 10 years. The customer service staff is excellent. They do all they can to support the customer. The reports are clear and easy to read. Do not expect this software to make up for lack of knowledge of loan accounting. But it will keep you organized if you know your business. A few custom accounts in QB that reconcile with LL reports and audits are a breeze. A great basic software for a reasonable price.
Loan ledger works well for our business. It is not too complicated, yet meets our needs for our loan portfolio. Would recommend it to others.
Decent program for a small portfolio, wish we could get previous months reports with out changing the systems dates or I could still get previous month reports even after I start posting payments for the current month.
We've been on the system for 20 years and are very happy with the software and the support. I would recommend it to anyone.
