My order took 9 days to arrive.
It wasn’t fulfilled for 3 days.
I’ve purchased screens off you for years.
It used to be that if I ordered before 7am I’d receive it the following day.
9 days is too long.

Used LLTrader a few times,never any problems,would use again.Quick delivery,Well packaged.Good seller.

Got the replacement battery for my iPhone 11 just fine with tools for installation. Unfortunately, no instructions for installation whatsoever.

I asked for a replacement phone screen for my daily but they just flat out ghosted me

Ordered a screen replacement for my iPhone and replaced it myself no problems but after about a month the glass and frame began to separate. The display was faulty and when I contacted them and asked them to sort this out they said they couldn’t help me even though the replacement they had sent was damaged.

I have moved house by the time it was delivered infact I have moved house twice it took that long

I bought the screen through amazon. The screen had good quality and was easy to install, nevertheless there was a problem with compatibility. The customer service took accountability for the problem and made me a full refund in my paypal account after making the corresponding comprobations.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Their prices might be cheap but what good is a cheap phone screen that doesn’t work. They ignore messages and insist you return items using tracked mail or they say they haven’t received it. If you do use tracked mail to return a faulty item they don’t refund the postage cost. Avoid like the plague.

I bought a display for an iPhone 12. I had a problem with the display and contacted the customer support. They were really kind and the response time was short. I would recommend this company!

Bought battery pack for iPhone ,lasted about a month before stopping working contacted them and they wanted me to write a fake review in Amazon and they would refund me through pay pal which I don’t use
Told them I wouldn’t do this and they just ignored me and don’t respond to emails

Verschicken regelmäßig deutlich schwächere Akkus, als angegeben wird. Ich behaupte, dass das kein Versehen ist. Dafür ist das zu oft. Die wenigsten Käufer prüfen aber mit einer Software am PC nach, ob der Akku für das iPhone auch wirklich die Kapazität hergibt.
Als ich den Verkäufer dazu anschrieb, bot er an, mir das komplette Geld zu geben, wenn ich dafür eine 5-Sternebewertung auf Amazon veröffentliche.
Ich habe den Verkäufer daraufhin bei Amazon gemeldet. Es gibt dort mehrere Rezensionen, in denen zu sehen ist, dass der Akku teilweise über 1000mAh weniger leistet.

I ordered a iPhone 11 screen and when it arrived the screen wasn’t in it I don’t know Weather someone tampered with it or it was just a packaging problem. The company has not been responding to any of my messages.
