I initially had difficulty finding a personal wealth adviser for some urgent advice as my adviser was off work, but the support team was very helpful and quickly arranged for me to speak with someone within a few days. I was then contacted by Shane.

Shane was very easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable throughout. He thoroughly answered my questions, and where he wasn’t sure of the answer, he promised to come back to me and did so promptly.

Following that, we arranged my annual review where he clearly explained the Lloyds fee structure and used interactive cashflow graphs to help me understand my future financial position, making it easier to decide on the best approach. He made recommendations while ensuring it was always my decision.
