I am a regular Lloyds bank customer and…
I am a regular Lloyds bank customer and highly rate their service. However they will not renew my car insurance. They have changed to providing AXA insurance and AXA, therefore also LLoyds will not accept my family car, a Tourneo Courier Zetec 5 door small MPV. AXA told me it is regaraded as a van, which it is not. It is a vehicle which is also used by many wheel chair users, so why the discrimination?

Ridiculous additional driver prices
Always add my partner as additional driver. He's 66. Never had a claim or accident in over 40yrs driving but does have 3 points on licence from exceeding a variable motorway speed restriction (where no-one was working) so has an SP50.
It generally costs around £50 to add him which is a great help to me as allows me to pass the driving over if I'm tired.
Last year - £50 with no change to excess (and he still had just the same 3 points)
Lloyd's want £275 AND UP THE EXCESS TO £450
This will be my last ever policy with these scammers
