Lloyds Cardnet Arvostelua 

We was planning on leaving Lloyds Cardnet as our machine had become obsolete and required a new one. When I called I spoke to Cleo Swales and she was excellent. She offered me a more modern machine and gave us a more competitive rate. The customer service she provided was outstanding and resulted in us continuing with Lloyds Cardnet. I can not complement her highly enough

From initial contact with Richard Swinfield following a recommendation, to implementation with FISERV and later down the line with the Castle card machine, I cannot fault the service provided. Richard has been fantastic throughout the whole time.

I've had no problems at all since we went live in 2023.

As a new Lloyds Cardnet customer, the onboarding was smooth, well supported, and everything is working as expected

Michael Scott is always helpful and responsive in accommodating our needs.

Overall it looked good but unfortunately I regret switching from my previous supplier.
Payments have been held (investigation of transaction) that's all well and good when you have already supplied the services.
Signed up for Amex and that was a month ago it's still not working.

The process from start to finish was very smooth and explained thoroughly. Michael Scott was excellent at keeping us informed and walking us through the transfer process.

Didn’t receive products because of bank holidays , still haven’t received products 3 days after bank holiday so still can’t access account went into branch which was sat for 1 hour 30 waiting to be seen and told to wait for post which I still haven’t had pin codes to access account

Some of the points from our meeting this morning have already been actioned and I'm fully confident he has our best interests in mind. We've had a relationship with Cardnet for over 15 years now and have absolutely no reason to consider anyone else. Excellent service all round which is very much appreciated.

Amber was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions concerning fees and payments. She also put me in contact with the relevant contacts within the bank who could assist me further. Superb service.

The Customer Services representative, Edit, was extremely helpful.
My device wasn’t functioning and couldn’t pair properly to my new iPhone, but once this was sorted, everything else was resolved with ease!
Also, 15 months of struggling to get the correct address on the receipts, she was able to do this through a series of different updates to my Handpoint device.
She is extremely knowledgeable and an asset to CardNet 😊

Absolutely amazing on-boarding service from start to finish by Elise Chilton at Lloyds Cardnet.

From making me aware i could switch from my previous supplier so easily, to then informing me the absolutely insane amount of money i would save by switching the whole process has been fantastic.

In addition, the Cardnet portal is so much easier to use than my previous supplier.
