This was the worst experience I've ever had
This was the worst experience I've ever had with a bank from start to finish They sent me a business card that could not even be added to my Apple Wallet It took over eight weeks for them to open the account successfully for me Please stay away and do not use this bank

my card never turned up and then when…
my card never turned up and then when it finally did months and months late there was no instructions on how to make a payment or even reference paying in account numbers, very disappointing or something that should be totally manageable.

The Application process lasted for 8…
The Application process lasted for 8 months and a lot of uncertainty, even though i had good credit.
In the world of digital and fast connectivity you would normally receive Credit Card within 2 weeks. i still dont what was was the issue.

Easy to sign up, used the information from our banking app to process the majority of it and received a decision within minutes. Cards arrived within 4 days including a weekend. Can't complain

the start up limit was what I wanted and not as much as they offered. They respected my request.
