LL Medico Arvostelua

Great product at good prices. Shipping is always fast as advertised. Just a great company to do business with

i am so happy with the products and customer service so far. Everything has worked well and been shipped quickly. Very nice staff who recognized i had a duplicate order and called me to rectify it rather than just sending it...Very much appreciated. Good People

RETURNS: The Euroflex pants I received appeared very, very small so I did NOT (very important), NOT open the package and asked for return instructions. [I have long acknowledged the very reasonable standard IC policy of "you open it, you own it".] I got an IMMEDIATE and cordial reply with instructions. B/C of (another) bladder surgery I could not mail back item for several weeks, but that was O.K.
QUICK SHIPPING; good products; compassionate service mark this company. The "industry" leader for REASONABLE COST adult "medical/plain white" disposables is "BetterDry". Yes, the tapes are...less than ideal, and the risk of clumping requires caution in the "fluffing" of the diapers, but at less than $1.60/unit [YMMV], it's an infinitely better option than "designer" colorful variants costing as much or more than $8 EACH.

BetterDry Diapers ordered arrived in three days as advertised. The product works great and no competitor beats their prices with or without the auto-ship discount. Their website is easy to use. They are the best company I have used for my incontinence needs.

A few things went wrong with this particular order

First, I ordered on a Wednesday and then started getting conflicting emails regarding the expected delivery. I could dig those out but I think you were likely copied on them. Your site says delivery should take one to three days when it actually took five days for the first box and six for the second. I had to do some scrambling to find supplies at a local pharmacy to tide me over until the delivery.

One email said the shipment was misdirected to a facility in Wisconsin and would not arrive until the following Wednesday.

Was very happy when the packages finally arrived so that I had a reliable supply.

I've always appreciated Better Dry and Crinklez products being reasonably priced and good quality.
However, the first diaper ended up splitting in the middle and a few others i had trouble with the tapes sticking properly. Made it through the first package with five diapers having tape sticking problems. Hoping the rest work well.

I love to support smaller, independent companies like your and fully intend to continue ordering from you. I just want you to be aware of these three issues

Anyhow, best to all of you!

Good product
Prompt service

It’s good, reliable,

These are just good, decent, caring people. There's no judgement. They have a ton of willingness to go the extra mile. They'll treat you well.

I really like them. Very comfortable . Soft .
Confident in every way

Package was delivered quickly and I really like that

Never an issue w. LLMedico. Always get my order accurate and quickly.

I love LL Medico, usually very prompt delivery. It probably fed exes fault for the slower delivery this time.

Great companies to order from great diapers I would recommend them

An ordered item was damaged in shipment and LL Medico's customer service had the replacement sent and received the next day. Outstanding service all around! 5 Stars!

I I like being able to find many different items or companies on your website. However, getting through them is very slow sometimes. Otherwise I find everything very accommodating.

i do not remember, sorry , my diapers did arrives that is a big +

I spoke with Ashley and she was very helpful and knew what I wanted. Your product is perfect for my needs. It put the "new and improved Depends" to shame. I called them to complain and they tried to gaslight me by saying they are the same. They are going to lose a lot of customers. I did research and your product filled the bill. It works great and was delivered at no cost in a few days. Ashley did a great job. I suggest you put ads out because you got the new Depends beat by miles . Your product keeps me dry all day!!!!

Incredibly satisfied. Thank you for helping me!
