LL Medico Arvostelua

I like the trial pack option. That helped a lot in choosing a product. Delivery is also fast and I like the cash-back feature.

Took much longer then what it originally said to ship resulting in my package arriving 3 days after the expected date

Easy to find what I need and almost always prompt delivery. The small percentage back on my purchases is also appreciated.

Like the product and the service
Thank you

Thank you so much for your prompt deliveries! I will definitely tell everyone.

I was very disappointed with my 2 orders. The 1st was the wrong size, so I reordered the same item, but this time, I ordered 2 thinking that I would get the right size, my husband would have an extra pair, the second order arrived and again the wrong size `[xs]`, my husband is a size medium. I wanted to be a customer to this company, but enough is enough. I'm done.

We have used your company for several years now the quality is always excellent. Your shipping is so fast and always perfect and your customer service is absolutely the best.

I use adult diapers because I have an over active bladder. I also have been using you guys for years, I'm very pleased with the product that I get.
And will still buy from you guys. Orders are shipped at a good clip.

Easy to order and very fast delivery.

Good prices. Fast and reliable shipping. Good selection.

We received someone else’s order instead of the order that we placed. And then when I reached out to customer service, I don’t think that it was expeditiously taken care of. I thought the proper way to resolve. This would’ve been to have our missing items sent overnight, not a possible overnight or next day, which would be Friday now for our delivery. I don’t really think the customer service was sympathetic, or showed any real empathy in regards to the screwup with the order.

Ordered the medium northshore pack pals and are amazing true to its fit and hold well and so satisfying to wear and very good to it's use compared to others and just fit great and go well with any occasion will continue to order them

LL Medico was able to deliver important items to my parents when the same items got stuck for weeks in Amazon. i'm switching to LL Medico for these repeat orders. they are great and communication and I appreciate that.
