Good for project development
Very good VPS for VPN! I have been looking for a VPN for my remote team branch and couldn't find it. So I decided to use a VPS for this setup. These guys allowed me to do it, and for 16 euros per month, I have a VPN for the res of my team. The great thing is that they helped me with installation according to our specific needs.

Fraudsters
Initially, everything was fine; the server was fast, everything was okay. Then the legal entity changed, and problems started. They stopped accepting regular VISA cards for payment. When attempting to pay the issued invoice, their payment gateway returned an error. The support team replied that they didn't have another payment gateway and suggested I pay for my server with cryptocurrency, and I would have to pay three times more than the server's cost, arguing that there is a minimum payment when paying with cryptocurrency through their gateway.
I refused and asked them to resolve the issue with VISA card payment, reminding them that according to their rules, if there is a payment issue on their side, they should not shut down my server until the problem is resolved. After that, they simply blocked my account.

IP changes were requested within our network infrastructure optimization maintenance. It was necessary to provide a better network service to our customers. They were requested beforehand and maintenance time was agreed with customers. It was a one-time case about 8 months ago, and such network maintenance is not planned for the foreseeable future.
Presently, we do not provide VPS with SMTP due to increased spam abuse cases, they will be deployed soon as we implement more advanced SMTP control system. In this case, we decided to make advances towards you but faced an unexpected virtualization issue that caused the reboot. Once again, please accept our apologies. If you haven't received a compensation for the uncoordinated reboot yet, please submit a ticket to the sales department with this case, and we will make amends.
