I have asked for my new login details several times, but to this day I still don't see how my registration was officially registered. I don't see any insight. I have no login details. I can't view my documents. I have no option. I don't receive any messages and have to wait until I can start my business.

Their rating dropped half a star in 2 months and now I understand why.
Please do yourself a favor: don't work with them.
I'm disappointed to have to write this because I originally left a 5-star review, not realizing the issues at the time. Everything looked good on the surface: a formation with no extra fee, a simple $15/month plan, and supposedly easy cancellation. That's where I went wrong.
I've now contacted them twice to cancel. Their representative sent me the following instructions:
1. Log in
2. Navigate to the Billing tab
3. Click "Change Subscription" under Current Subscriptions
The problem? That option doesn't exist on their site. I even sent a screenshot proving it. They never replied.
It's honestly ridiculous. I shouldn't have to write formal legal notices and meticulously document everything to stop a $15 subscription via a chargeback, since they're unwilling to cancel a voluntary subscription. The experience has been frustrating, misleading, and unprofessional at every turn.
Ask yourself: Is this the kind of company you want handling your business formation or legal matters? I've since watched their rating drop from 4.7 to 4.2 in just two months. That tells you everything.
Do yourself a favor and work with someone else. Or file directly through your state's business portal, you'll save money, time, energy, and a massive headache when you try to cancel their services.
