Uses “small business” claim to justify poor customer service
Purchased a swimsuit top and bottom and then shipped the top back to exchange for another bottom because it didn’t fit right. They then emailed me saying they had to check with their manager to see if they were going to accept the exchange because there were a few small snags on the top. I didn’t realize there were snags and immediately responded with my apologies and offered to take the top back if it was an issue. I received no response for 6 business days (and they’re supposed to respond in 48-72 hours). I only received a response on the 7th business day because I filed a dispute with my credit card. They were not happy about the dispute and told me to cancel it and they would then honor the exchange. I was told by my credit card company not to cancel it until I have received the funds or the exchange item. They didn’t like that response from me and are now refusing to send anything to me until they get the dispute resolved. Not sure how they are going to get it resolved unless the send the item/funds back but I have already wasted enough time replying to emails from them. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
