Living Culture Arvostelua

Outstanding durability and excellent quality accessories!
I purchased my 24" Kamado grill from Living Culture two years ago, and it has been standing outside in the elements ever since—completely uncovered and with no rain protection. Despite the weather, there isn't a single spot of rust, and everything still functions perfectly. Last week, I finally ordered the distance ring and rotisserie set, which arrived today. The quality is absolutely excellent, and my only regret is not ordering them sooner! Thank you to the team at Living Culture.

We purchase outdoor chairs and table. The product was of high standard. Unfortunately their was a defect on the table. Living culture organized for replacement including pickup of the defect product immediately - they definitely stand behind their product

Excellent service from the moment we walked into the Penrose Store. Great range of Pergolas and accessories to view, friendly service from Steve. Good communication and follow up, even visiting our home to make sure our intended purchase would work. Installation and care around our home by installers was positive and efficient and the final product is next level. Solid and functional and looks great. Very much looking forward to using it a lot this summer!

Jaine was fantastic looking after all our needs. We purchased an outdoor seating solution, table with built in gas firepit, sun loungers and a big outdoor table with bench seat and 6 chairs. Unfortunately my measurements were off by 5mm so we had to change the seating a little and Jaine took care of us including a return sofa. Brilliant products.

Great service, fast delivery with very good communication on arrival time accurate to the minute! Helpful friendly delivery team. Sturdy well made fire pit with no packaging to dispose of.
Already looking amazing with patina starting nearly the first day.

Buying from Living Culture was a breeze, the team at Living Culture went above and beyond to deliver high quality stools to my door, their communication was outstanding and I cannot recommend them highly enough, will definitely shop there again.

They are a fraud they need to be shutdown make a complaint against them

Great company to deal with.
Great product and would would recommend to all

We were well informed of the order and where it was in the delivery chain. The item was easy to assemble is solid and looks good. We are very pleased with it. Thank you for the item.

Very happy with our table. Strong solid outdoor table, easy to assemble ( well I couldnt figure it out but hubby did and said it was easy) Prompt service too and quick easy delivery with great communication

I would highly recommend Living Culture, I bought an outdoor table set and couches. I’m very impressed with the quality so far. Pakjira really went above and beyond to help me with my order and they delivered it very quickly. Thank you!

I was very impressed at how quick Living Culture were able to get the grill delivered to me. From time of purchase to having it delivered was less than 2 days. They sent their own delivery team who were super helpful and moving what was very heavy and an awkward thing to carry to my back deck

Goods arrived quickly and in good condition as expected.

Price was much better than anywhere else I could find.

Excellent communication, excellent shipping with regular updates, an excellent experience buying from living culture with verv reasonable prices.

Golf trundler exactly as advertised. AND probably $180 less than similar versions. Ordered Sunday on my doorstep Tuesday. Changed my mind from 3 wheel to 4 wheel at last moment and team were great to deal with. Nothing too much of a problem. I’m now tempted to look at their awnings😁

Really thrilled with product and fast and speedy delivery, with great communication!

Best quality pergolas in the market. And high-quality outdoor furniture at a low price.

Although initially the measurements were incorrect creating some issues, Living Culture couldn’t do enough to come and sort the problems. They went out of their way to create the pergola I wanted around my garden.
We have motorised louvered roof pergola, blinds and rain sensor.
Thank you Living Culture.

We have an extra large louvre because of the height of our house window, which meant we had to have it custom made to fit the frame. We ordered blinds to go with the pergola, only to find that the blinds are the incorrect length which means they don’t close all the way down. The contractor that ordered and installed this has had multiple request for assistance from Living Culture but no one is assisting. We have paid for a product that is not what we ordered and they are unwilling to fix or assist in having a solution to the shortness of the blinds. Very poor customer service and I do not recommend this product. Not worth the money we paid

We had multiple conversations with the team about our new louvre and they answered every question without any hassles.
Customer service was excellent.
