Visited the store today and was blown away with the service.James was amazing looking after us with drinks and discussing the different options and qualities of sofas.i would highly recommend Livhome and Jamez to anyone inthe future and I'm looking forward to receiving our sofas.

We visited the LIVHOME store in Aintree a couple of times looking for a new mattress for my son's bed. On the first occasion we were allowed to take our time looking round, and were given specific advice when we mentioned that my son had a back problem. He was given plenty of time to try each mattress, but we weren't pushed to buy on the day as we said we also wanted to look elsewhere. It was over a month before we returned to the store, and Ann-Marie, who we'd seen previously, remembered us, and also the specific mattresses we'd been interested in. Again she left left us so my son could try the mattresses out and he wasn't pushed to make a purchase quickly. When he eventually made up his mind, she gave us a good deal and explained the next stages once the mattress was ready for delivery.

Went looking for a couple of recliner chairs and this was our first stop. We had intended to visit a few shops before deciding which chairs to choose but the service we received from Richard was second to none so we chose the chairs there & then. Beautiful shop interior, all staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.

I visited the Aintree store last week and was assisted by Richard, the service we received by him was fantastic, he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and really took time in helping us choose the right sofa for us, we had visited several other sofa stores prior to here and their service was shocking compared to here.
Richard is a credit to this company and I’d highly recommend anybody wishing to replace their furniture or sofas to pay him a visit.

Great experience in store, Bradley provided information about the sofa we were looking at but without any pressure to buy then they offered an in house interior advice service with Joe who helped us to pick the different accent cushions. We are very happy with our purchase and would definitely visit again.

I went with my husband to the LivHome HSL store in Aintree in order to look into buying a new riser recliner. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. I have mobility issues, and tried several chairs. I was assisted first by Brad, then by John, the store manager who seemed to best understand what I required in a chair. The Aysgarth 4 motor riser recliner, with a heated lumbar, seemed to suit me best, but as this was going to be a long term purchase, and had to be as comfortable as possible, I sat in the chair for a good length of time---and came back a total of 3 times, just to be sure. John was very patient and accommodating, yet unobtrusive. He gave me time to choose fabrics, and any extras I felt I needed. Everyone at HSL Livhome Aintree was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. From the moment you walk into the store and are offered a beverage, to the time you leave, you are made to feel welcome. The quality of the British made furniture is good, the service is good, and the people working at the Aintree store are excellent.No sales pressure, just a comfortable experience.

Richard the design consultant was extremely kind and helpful offering assistance while we initially had a look around and welcomed us in. When we found a sofa Richard talked us through the design options and choices of materials. The purchase of the couch was extremely easy and stress free. Overall an extremely positive experience and would like to thank Richard again for his help.

Absolutely excellent customer service. Both Brad and John were awesome, very knowledgeable and very friendly. We came in for a look around and ended up buying a sofa! Would definitely recommend 👍

Livhome were absolutely amazing, we were purchasing a new suite for a house we were moving in to. Ann-Marie was our consultant, she was so down to earth, welcoming and explained everything. Felt very at ease with her. So much so, we even went shopping around but went back there and asked for Ann-Marie. Ann-Marie was so professional but did not make us feel pressured into buying from Livhome. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for new sofa/chair. Such high quality furniture, we will definately go to Livhome again and be asking for Ann-Marie!!!

After spending most of my working life in sales I always visit these shop's expecting pushy sales people and a bit of a pressure sales. However I was pleasantly surprised.
Visited the Aintree store today and what a great service. Richard was great to talk too, very knowledgeable about the products and put together a sofa to fit our needs and at a great price. We met most of the staff and they were all very polite professional and made our visit feel relaxed and enjoyable.

Excellent customer service! We came out for a new boiler and ended up buying a super new bed and mattress. Richard, a great guy and super helpful, even stayed open late to accommodate our needs, even on valentines night! Would definable recommend LIVHOME and in particular Richard. The showroom was so inviting to start with and we were not jumped on like some places but received a welcoming smile from Bradley Kelly in Aintree Liverpool who made us feel at ease right from the start. He was extremely knowledgeable and listened to our every needs making it so easy to decide on a purchase without any pressure at all. Such a pleasant experience all in all.
