It does not deserve 1 star, i would choose 0 .. this company are a complete joke .. the customer service is literally disgusting they have no respect for customers and no intentions to help .. my parcel has disappeared and have no interest in helping , they tell you to phone the police and tell you the police have more or less not done they're job since they know so much about the law they are obv in the wrong job .. they talk to you like dirt , then I posted on social media they blocked and deleted me , they have clearly baught followers and send influencers free products to post as fake orders .. do you research before making the silly mistake the rest of us have done before purchasing, I have heard numerous reports of people not getting parcels and the lucky ones who have the quality seems to be Terrible and they do not follow up on the lifetime warranty they claim to offer .. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY !!!! happy for anyone to ask for more information or proof of emails texts from this company . I am also contacting trading standards about them aswell .

Horrendous company. Paid £150 for a suitcase only for the material inside with the zip on to be ripped so now the suitcase has a hole in it and also the front scratches and dents really easily. Only had one holiday with it and it’s ruined. I emailed the company and got ignored so I WhatsApped them and got a really rude person messaging me back so I emailed again only to be told they weren’t going to do anything about it. Avoid this company at all costs!

Bought a personalised luggage case and it was excellent. Top quality and quickly delivered.

Horrendous experience with this company. Suitcase looks beautiful but one arrived with a faulty lock that they’re refusing to replace and the second suitcase arrived home wide open (zip had failed). Between the product quality and customer service id give this company a wide berth.

Absolutely awful quality. Even worse customer care. If you want it for a weekend in UK or an Insta pic then great, but an expensive prop. Whilst going to hotel the wheel fell off one and after 2 destinations the wheel on the other is hanging. The company have an instant blanket response and insist it is the airlines fault and proceeded to send me videos of airlines loading luggage! Refusal to believe it isn’t anything to do with airline! The customer service (more of a business defence response) was shocking, I’m happy to share the rude, accusatory responses if needed. At £300+ for 2 these are not cheap to buy suitcases but definitely cheap to manufacture! On a side note the small carry on are lovely, after telling them this they replied “ they didn’t get checked in that’s why” really should cases not be checked in? As it was they weren’t damaged then, it was on way to hotel when being wheeled along. Such a shame I didn’t look at the low score reviews before buying from @livexmaintain. Not sure who trains the service person but I think they might need a refresher! Appearance of product 10/10 quality and support -10/10. In short if you have £130 to throw away, go ahead and buy one of these.

I've bought 2 personalised picture suitcases now from this company & they are brilliant.
They were delivered within a week of ordering, well worth the money & are such good quality.

Company was fantastic to use and very accommodating and helpful with a change to my order pre-production. Only letdown was the colour of the text.
I ordered gold sparkling text which was very dull on finished product due to the acrylic top layer. Not like the mock up online. I will use the company again definitely but will choose a different colour text in future also will highly recommend to family and friends.

Terrible customer service total attitude towards me the customer. Faulty case highlighted the issues but they disagree with them and said it’s fine. How do you win. Send photo of faulty marks . Overpriced and poor quality
