I've been using LiveWebinar since 2019 and was generally very satisfied, but the last few months have just been problem after problem. I'm trying to level up my business and clearly Live Webinar is no longer able to meet my needs. I'm done.

Live webinar Is easy to set up and does not buffer even when you are connected to a poor internet connection. I like the customer care team, they are more responsive to my questions.

I have used the solution for a long period. I like the fact that the software can work even when connected to poor internet.

User interface is clean for me to access, my recording of past events that we use for training purposes.

I held a live event with recording to be made available to students later. However, even though the LiveWebinar system reported that it was being recorded, without showing any errors, when I went to check the recording, it came back completely blank. Worst of all, when I asked for an explanation of what could have happened, the answer was that it could happen and that they cannot predict this failure. I've been using Webinarjam for over 3 years now, I've never had a problem and the support has always been excellent. LiveWebinar is not reliable and the answer is that it can happen. I do not recommend. (translated)

My biased opinion
1. In the presentation targeting “committed group” I’m sure Tim is
aware differentiation is needed but not possible throughout. As an educator I’m conscious how I appreciated the moments hearing Tim, that I was grateful and benefited my situation. I regret it was mostly draining following and trying to keep up with the transitions to navigate how where to the next training segment. Disappointed when I got lost and missed out on the last segment of the 12/06/23 webinar lol.
BUT
I’m grateful for the breakthroughs since starting LMA breakthroughs and insights haven’t stopped. Found Tim’s compassion, expertise, passion and commitment within business context.
I’m grateful for Mary’s and William’s new support customised quietly.
