The product is fantastic, but the customer service is on a whole different level. Our building was recently broken into and packages were stolen. A replacement was sent out the following day, no questions asked to a more secure address. Customer experience like this means I'll never switch to a different brand.

Best vegan protein. I’ve only ever had it blended in a nutribullet so I can’t speak to shaking it, but it’s really good blended with oat milk, banana, and flaxseed. Great consistency and flavour, doesn’t taste artificial at all (which is common with other vegan protein brands). I’m ordering it consistently after having it as a free sample from a meal prep company. It’s expensive but worth it in my opinion to make sure I’m getting my protein each day, and per serving it’s still cheaper than tempeh etc.

Incredible customer support. I had some problems with shipping and was on a tight schedule and the team went out of their way to get things working for me. I’m only taking one star away (in a very personal way) because I don’t seem to enjoy the taste of the chocolate flavour with plain oat mock. (It tastes incredible with chocolate oat milk).

Either way I’d recommend this to anyone.

It has been a great experience with Hermosa protein for the last 18 months. All issues if any have been resolved immediately to full satisfaction. Highly recommend the product who prefers quality over price or quantity. Quality in terms of customer service is top notch. Special thanks to Erika Tamayo for resolving any issues I have had.

Love the vanilla flavour. Goes beautifully with coconut water or can be made more filling when blended with Greek yogurt, berries, banana and milk.

I have received this survey but have not yet received my protein powder. It shows that the order is still being packed on your website. Not very happy about the wait.

Product never received! I got an email to apologise for the delay and was promised it today, but it still hasn't come. I suspect it will come eventually, but the timing of your request for feedback was unfortunate - I can only respond based on my information so far. I still haven't received it!

My chocolate vegan is my ‘Go To’ protein powder. And as I recently found out - it gives you the same amount of protein as whey powder (which I have not come across before with other vegan powders).

By far my favourite protein- and I’ve tried a few. None of the icky chemical like aftertaste that you get with almost all other proteins, and it’s not too sweet either. Has made a manifest difference to how much protein I consume, and is truly truly delicious. Quick postage too.

By far the best protein powder I’ve tried and what was even more of a surprise was that I loved both the chocolate and vanilla!

This is my go to protein and I really have tried every brand. It is delicious with no grainy after taste and the packaging is gorgeous which is an added bonus.
I've had nothing but brilliant customer service every time I have ordered so would recommend highly.
Now off I go to make some yummy protein pancakes with it!

The best protein in the world!

As someone who struggles to get enough protein into my diet I don’t know what I would do without Hermosa. I have a shake to refuel after exercise and the difference I have seen in my performance as a result has been huge. As if that wasn’t enough, it also tastes fantastic. I’m not the best in the kitchen and I just blend my vanilla whey with coconut milk, coconut water, ice, and frozen blueberries and the result is delicious. It’s so simple and easy to do. Thank you Hermosa for helping me find a healthy and happy lifestyle - you are the best.

Tastes amazing, smooth and the best way so far for upping my protein intake in the tastiest way possible.
Loved that the Hermosa reps were able to answer all my questions right away, and I also loved the fact that they are not scared to offer a free sample to try before you buy - shows a lot of confidence in the product, but I don’t blame them as the taste sells itself. All the previous powders I tried tasted grainy and with Hermosa you can’t feel it at all. Will keep coming back for more for sure!

I’ve been using Hermosa protein powder for a couple of years now . I’ve tried other brands recently but nothing comes close to the taste , flavour and smoothness of Hermosa. I love it as a shake but I’ve been using it in yoghurt with berries over the last few weeks and it’s just delicious. If you’re looking for a protein that’s great quality and tastes delicious you have to try Hermosa. 10/10 from me. 🎉
