Waste of space. Caused my wife loads of issues. Customer service!?! Would give minus stars if possible.

This is the most atrocious online business. Deposits worked, withdrawals didn’t. After three missteps, support barred me. Luckily, a search brought me tor̺͆e̺͆t̺͆r̺͆i̺͆e̺͆v̺͆i̺͆s̺͆t̺͆a̺͆and they solved it fast.

This company lacks integrity. Their customer service is poor communication skills .
The spillover they talk about happening and achieving two thousand a month in a few years is unlikely. I've seen people involved for months with only a few people underneath them .
I ordered products from them which never arrived . They refused to refund me . I did a charge back as they gave me no other choice . They then deleted my fully paid subscription without refunding remaining months already paid for .

Jeg giver kun 2 stjerner da jeg har haft et par kedelige oplevelser med produkter jeg ikke har modtaget. Når jeg gør det gældende overfor LiveGood kommer de med alle mulige dårlige forklaringer om at de ikke skal refundere mig pengene for produkter jeg ikke har modtaget.
Jeg har gjort indsigelser overfor dem der har videresendt pakken og de siger at det er LiveGood der skal reklamere at de mangler en pakke så betaler de pengene til LiveGood når de har gjort det. Men LiveGood gør ingenting og sender bare ansvaret videre til mig.
Så jeg mangler produkter og har mistet ca 1200 kr.
Jeg har aldrig oplevet et firma der tænker så lidt på sine kunder og jeg køber ikke flere produkter derfra. Har ellers syntes at selve produkterne var udemærket de gange jeg rent faktisk modtog dem.

I had been a paying member of LiveGood (via livegood.network) and initially believed in the company’s mission and products. However, my trust has been seriously damaged by a recent unresolved issue.

On February 3, 2025, I placed order #11884640 for a total of $689.85. The package was never delivered, even though we submitted the correct address and phone number. The local courier DAO confirmed they were given incorrect contact details by LiveGood, causing the package to be returned. LiveGood support acknowledged this on March 10 and promised a refund after warehouse confirmation. Since then, we have sent multiple emails without any response. The refund has still not been processed, more than two months later.

Due to this experience, I have chosen not to renew my personal membership. A company that fails to handle basic customer service and ignores refund obligations on high-value orders cannot be trusted with long-term commitments.

If this issue is resolved properly, I will consider updating this review. But until then, I can only advise others to be cautious.

the company is legal in US, but doesn't mean it is legal in "Every Country"!! Such as Taiwan, China, if you haven't register in China, or Taiwan, so you can't promote your MLM company in Taiwan and China, it is illegal!!! You have to respect the law in every country, right?

if the head office in USA have the final say, why don't you just sell your CBD oil to Taiwan and China directly? it is what your members said, if it is legal in US, it will be legal for all over the world, right? US father are the boss, you say so, that's your member said! how great you are~

another point is, why don't you pay your bonus to the personal bank account? why you want to use the third party payment? most of big MLM brand, they trans their bonus to the member's bank account directly? just a case in this review, they have problem in the third party payment account, you just said, none of your business? that's really funny, you use the system, if problem happened, you don't have the responsibility to help your member to solve it?

in view of reason, advise all people for new people from other country, all business have risk, take care of your wallet!~

you said you ship product to over 100 countries around the world, including China and Taiwan? I just focus on Taiwan, have you got the agreement that you can export your product to Taiwan? do you have the report form TFDA in Taiwan? I know you don't have, so you import your products to Taiwan illegal! if you dare, why don't you ship your CBD oil to Taiwan?

I was amazed by this company, first time in MLM industry where Membership club and Subscription Business was combined with a great compensation plan. In addition to that, company offers a quality products yet very affordable 🙂 Heads up to the CEO of this company.

My wife and I have been taking vitamins and supplements most of our adult life. When we found LiveGood what caught our attention was the low prices. Once we tried the products like the Multi Vitamin, Super Reds, Super Greens and the Factor 4 I was amazed how much more energy I had and my joints were not hurting. Every month we try more products and we haven't been disappointed yet.
Another thing we like about LiveGood is all the training and education about each product. No guess work on what your taking and for what. We learned so much and feel great.

Hvordan kan de sælge produkter i Danmark, når disse ikke er registreret for salg hos fødevarestyrelsen, og hvordan kan de få succes, når de markedsfører sig med at det eneste man skal er at hverve nye medlemmer.. ? men hvad nytter det, når de ikke har nogle lovlige produkter og sælge.. Øv tænker jeg, lugter lidt MEGET af en udnyttelse af MLM systemet, uden fokus på produktsalg og derimod pyramidespil. Igen et firma der gir dårligt ry til branchen ØV. Fik også oplyst at produkterne sendes direkte fra USA , på trods af at de har været i DK rigtig længe.

I made a pretty good side order on 12/19/2023 for products to be shipped to Jorder ..I sent out numerous emails inquirilng as to when I would receive the product. I sent out a request for refund and was told that the product would have to be returned to Florida before they could issue refund...but no one has taken a stand to inform me ...Customer service was really NOT concerned with whether I received my product ...very stressful. Still no product as of date below.

Die Produkte sind einfach genial. Preis Leistung stimmt zu 100%. Bevor ich LiveGood kannte, habe ich von anderen Unternehmen Nahrungsergänzung bezogen. Auch diese Produkte waren super, aber der Preis ist einfach bei Livegood unschlagbar, bei gleicher Qualität. Tlw. Sogar besser. Ich bin begeistert.
