SCAM COMPANY! Do not purchase anything from them. I ordered a book for my grandson, after more than a month, I have not received it. They have not replied to any emails requesting information of the delivery or a refund. Unfortunately, I paid through Shop and not PayPal, so I cannot get a refund through them either. I have purchased the book since on Amazon. Just totally stay away from this company for everything.

The item I received had missing parts and they never responded to my customer service inquiry

Late shipments, quality does not match price tag, inaccurate descriptions, no response, unable to return items.

I ordered two items and received only one of the items. I tried to inquire about this order many times, and the company will not respond! I was charged for both items. I would not order from this company.

1 month later, never received items. No response to multiple emails.

This company deliberately does not ship items and then is impossible to get in touch with for a refund. They are stealing money on purpose. Spread the word and do not order.

Scam! Ordered a doll for my daughter in September and now it’s November and I haven’t received anything. When I emailed them they gave some excuse about health issues. I gave them some more time and followed-up again and asked for a refund and received no response. I had to get my money back through my credit card company. Shady company.

In placed an order on 9/28 that I have not received the merchandise. I have attempted to reach them via email and phone and they are not responsive. The phone number for the shop rings busy no matter what time of day I attempt to call.

At this point I am beyond frustrated and want a refund for my order. I filed a complaint with the BBB as well as disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Would give zero stars if I could. We purchased the 5-in-1 Montessori climbing kit which is near $200 and it is UNUSABLE. They sent us the wrong wooden piece. I emailed them immediately upon noticing; they responded back the next morning in an apologetic manner, ensuring me they would get the correct part sent out to me. Almost three weeks later, have not heard a single word since, despite 6 more emails on my end. Absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the cost of their items. One friend of mine had recommended this brand (turns out she was one of the lucky few), so I unfortunately did not do my research beforehand regarding reviews. Since doing so, now, I have seen that this is not an uncommon occurrence. I DO NOT recommend this brand. So terribly sad considering how excited I was to find a brand that claims to be mama owned, sustainable, non-toxic, etc. What is the point in all of that when you ship out products that cannot even be used?!

If I could give one star I would. I’ve been messaging and calling about my order with zero response. SCAM.

I ordered dollhouse furniture and my card was immediately charged but they never shipped my order (it’s been almost 2 weeks). I emailed three times and called once, and got one response saying they were looking into it. When I asked for a refund they never responded. I don’t think they are a legit company, or at best have terrible customer service and will rip you off

If I could give zero stars I would! Do not order from them. I ordered and then my order apparently shipped and for some reason, then it went “back to the warehouse.” That was back in May when I ordered. I emailed them and they said they’d reach out and never did. I had to contact the credit card company because they didn’t respond and never sent me my money back.

I bought a car seat as a gift for my sister, who recently had a baby boy. It's really high quality and it arrived relatively quickly. I'll buy again from this store.

Ordered a swaddle from them for my soon to be newborn and they shipped same day. Can't wait to use it, it's so adorable and I'll definately be shopping them again.

Don't buy anything from this company. The made excuses that they didn't know why the item hadn't shipped out. Then said it will arrive a week later than expected. I asked for tracking and again said we haven't shipped it yet. We are "preparing" it for shipping. I cancelled my order and asked for immediate refund. No answer. I'm going to file a dispute.

I ordered the saint magnet sets for my family and my nephew. They are SO darling. So much detail and thoughtfulness went into the design. The sets are well made and look like they will stand up to lots of lively play. My packages arrived so quickly and safely packaged. I would happily order from shining light again.

Scam. Ordered a product right before Christmas and still havent received shipping confirmation. Reached out and have been going back and forth in communication. “Brittany” has a lot of excuses and gives false hope. Going to file a dispute.

Item never arrived. Contacted customer support and was met with a dizzying array of excuses each time. It’s been 3 months since I placed my order and still nothing. I now have to dispute the transaction via my credit card company. Do not trust this website.

I ordered a rainbow nightlight for my granddaughter from Little Wonder and Co. It was delivered promptly in lovely packaging. My granddaughter loves it. Thank you Little Wonder and Co.
