Good quality items, great customer service
Lovely items and different to what you can find in the shops. My granddaughter loves penguins it was hard to know where to stop with the order! Arrived promptly and packaged well, and there was even a free gift gift enclosed. Thank you very much! Quality items and I would highly recommend

What an amazing company run by amazingly kind people! From replying to an email on the 1st of January, posting my order on the 2nd of January to popping in the parcel a wee surprise for my Son!

I can see ordered Wednesday evening, and we posted first thing Thursday, so we really couldn't have sent it any quicker. There unfortunately must be a small delay with Royal Mail, but it should arrive very soon - We really hope you don't see their delay as a reflection of our little business :-(

Good service, well packaged reasonable price. Capping the spend at £20 for free postage is achievable and encouraging. Any higher and it would put one off using the website. Would use again and would recommend. Email queries answered promptly (despite being on holiday!). No complaints.
