I registered with Little Ones few years ago and recently reached out again to update my profile and restart my job search. My initial contact with an agent was very quick and during our phone call, I outlined my criteria (roles strictly based in London and non-driving). I then shared all my updated documents and references. However, the first roles shared with me shortly after didn't align with these criteria, as they required driving and were located outside London and Brussels. After clarifying my preferences, communication stalled. I have tried reaching out a few times via WhatsApp, through the website's online chat to request a new consultant and by applying for listed positions, but I have not received any updates or follow-ups over the past few weeks. I understand agencies can be very busy but as someone looking forward to working with Little Ones again, the lack of response has been frustrating. I hope the team can look into this and improve their communication process as I would still appreciate the opportunity to update my profile properly.

The service presses you to pay their fee immediately. It is all about pressuring you to sign, but the helpers/tutors you find can easily switch to another job, and they don't reimburse even partially the fee if nothing works out. Very poor service. Be careful of exploitation.

well now you don’t answer my text and then you don’t say nothing. To getting my money? You always calling me and then trying to convince me. You got candidate babysitter’s all these things right and now the thing is like this, and then you don’t answer either the text or to say anything I say you have one more week to give my money back if you know, you will see what’s gonna happen to your company because I will sue your company and good luck and this company is a scam. I’m a scam 4,466.41

At first I experienced technical difficulties with the online component but Laura at Little Ones went above and beyond to fix this. I have done the Red Cross, St John's and Safe and Sound Paediatric First Aid previously which have all been fine and I have no complaints. However, the big difference here is that it was only a small group of five so I think you benefit more with a small group. The instructor Luca was very knowledgable and attentive. There is a small test at the end, but it wasn't difficult. I would strongly recommend this course and Little Ones.

Hello everyone! My experience with with ROCIO from Little Ones London was really amazing!!❤️ She really professional!! Good comunicacion, very helpful ! ❤️

I have serious concerns about their business practices. They found us a nanny, who we interviewed with and ultimately introduced to our son. At interview we confirmed her rate, but once I sent her a contract afterwards the rate jumped but £4 per hour (about 18% at the very last minute. It was pretty clear from the questions at interview, and the subsequent interaction with Little Ones that this was an attempt to get additional money (well over the market rate) from us.

This left us in a position where it was very difficult to back out (having only a week). We did back out and little ones offered a discount of 10% on their fees, which was less than the extra they would have made from their commission.

When I complained they simply quoted the refund provisions in the contract at me, which were not relevant to my complaint at all.

It felt to me that this was an unsavoury business practice or bait and switch, but even if this was an innocent mistake it shows a level of incompetence that, had we accepted would have cost us c. £9k over the year.

I would not recommend them, and I would be very cautious about being in a position where they can effectively force you into a higher price because you have no time for other options.

Appalling service. Have been with the agency for over 3 months. Each time we’ve had a video call with prospective clients, they either don’t turn up or they are not available for the specified hours. The agency is not reliable, poor communication and are just not interested in helping. I would not recommend to any families, it’s a waste of time and money. I put in a complaint days ago and not heard anything. Please don’t waste your time, there’s plenty of other agencies out there who actually listen.

Avoid this agency.
Everything seemed fine until the housekeeper showed up, couldn't clean, stained our carpets running over an eye pencil again and again with the vacuum cleaner, did a phone interview, and got caught having a rest on our bed.

It turns out we were wrong to trust Little Ones to do basic vetting and that they only had a single verbal reference for them.

They were initially apologetic until we asked for a partial refund of the thousands of pounds they had charged us. They told us the contract says they don't have to, so they won't.

I wished I'd done more research as this appears to a common problem people have with this specific agency.

Update: The reply appears to be an automated response and meant nothing, no refund was offered.

Update 2: The offer mentioned is not a refund.
