SCAMMERS! Steer clear. Will not post out. Will pretend that they have. Will not provide a refund. Damn right rude, no customer service skills. They enjoy taking children’s money.URGING EVERYONE ELSE TO REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS TOO!

Ordered a product for my daughters birthday never came contacted them and was refused a refund because they stated that they have almost a month window to dispatch there items although this is not made clear prior to purchasing the items..regardless of this at the time of the request the items had still not dispatched but still i was refused a refund i have now had to contest the payment with the bank all the while they hold on to my money

Honestly rubbish. They have no clear measurements on their website but states to email or message on Instagram and they’d be happy to help. I did just that. They promised to get back to me with measurements and never did. I messaged them again asking for an update and got left on read. Useless and entitled company won’t be bothering with them again

Took a month for my order to come, came after a month they had sent the wrong thing I emailed them they were very rude told me I could have a refund so I paid £5 (after paying £35 for the top) to send it back to them for them to not give me a refund and just ignore every email I had sent they finally replied and said they were not giving me a refund and due to the spam I wasn’t going to receive the top either her name was ella wickes

Ordered hoodie set on 17th April hasn't arrived yet as of 29th May. Was dispatched on 14th May. Can see it has arrived in Ireland on 19th May. Contacted Irish postal service only to be told the customs declaration form wasn't filled out correctly by Littlefootprintss. Emailed them about it. No response for 48 hours. Then received an email stating it has been posted. I already knew this. I simply need them to go back to where they posted it and fill out a new form. Very poor service and communication and not so much as an apology. I've asked for a refund for an item not received and this has also been ignored. Never again will I order from them. If they spent more time on their customer service than their media content they might have repeat customers. Can't comment on the actual product as I haven't received it.

I ordered a tracksuit for my daughter's 13th birthday. There were 21 working days from when I ordered and her birthday so figured I'd be ok. No communication other than order confirmation so just really crossed my fingers that it would be ok. The day before her birthday I emailed to ask if it was going to arrive soon and then day 21 I got an email to say it had been dispatched. It obviously didn't arrive in time for my daughter's birthday but did arrive 2 days later and she loved it and it fits perfectly 🙂 she's had lots of compliments on it. So if you can be patient and wait the 21 days stated, it's worth it. We ordered a size 13 from the kids section.

Ordered on the 2nd march and it arrived today, 9th April. Took longer than the 21 working days. I was getting worried as the tracking number I was given was wrong so I was beginning to think it was a scam, but it has arrived and my daughter is so happy with it. She is a petite 13 year old and we ordered a size 6 women's (was thinking it may be too big) which is a little bit big on the waist but not much but the top and the length of the bottoms is perfect. Now I have received the tracksuit I am very happy with it and would order again it's just with it being the first order and it taking so long I was beginning to think it was a scam and would never arrive. Maybe the communication could be a bit better from them as I was given a tracking number with royal mail which was wrong so that didn't help but the tracksuit is lovely and so I would definitely recommended them but just be aware of the delivery time.

Great service! Ordered 2 hoodies for my daughter’s birthday, they are great quality and fit perfectly. They went above and beyond to post them slightly earlier than the website states so that I would have them in time for her birthday! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing customer service from this family run business. They are very clear on the wait time for your order and very communicative. Could not recommend them more. My niece absolutely loved her tracksuit!

Please do not expect any type of service from this company. if you have ordered please be aware that you will be waiting in excess of a month before you receive your item. If you email them, they will either not respond or are extremely rude when they do. Avoid and go somewhere else if possible.

Beware this company are leaving themselves good reviews. Having a dispute with this company over delivery. Appalling customer service. They emailed me and actually told me as i was querying delivery time they had cancelled my order and were issuing a refund despite knowing it was a birthday present for my daughter. What kind of awful person does that? In addition i was told never to ever order from them again. My communication has been nothing but polite, however cannot say the same for them. Am taking the matter further, but please be aware of them.

Honestly one of the best companies I’ve dealt with. They are clear on their website about the turn around time and provide excellent customer service through email and instagram whenever you might have any questions.

The product was amazing and very high quality also came with washing instructions so that I didn’t make any mistakes.

Terrible service , terrible communication . Over 38 days and still haven’t received my order . Tried to chase them up on several media outlets and emails .. avoid

So disappointed the outfit turned up and omg the size is shocking ordered medium wouldn't even fit a young child don't waste your money

Absolutely poor 7-21 working days to dispatch I ordered the 11th of Feb and I emailed last week all I got was they can't give a exact time it will dispatched after telling them its for my daughters birthday which is the 9th march I would of ordered sooner but it wasn't in stock when we looked the first time have no idea why it takes so long for delivery but to be told they have till the 11th march is ridiculous especially it been 2 days after her birthday don't no how to get my money back to order something like it somewhere else. Never known anything like this

This place is terrible I ordered on the 29th of December it's now the 30th of Jan and only just been shipped and is now saying another 14 to 21 business days that is a joke like 2 month for 2 hoodies really bad service
