Have sent items back and have received no refund, they dont reply to emails, beyond frustrating

Ordered 2 items from this company via Dorothy Perkins. Communication regarding delivery was minimal but not sure if this was LM or DP that were responsible for this. Of the 2 items ordered one was fine, the other was awful so returned. The returns form included in the package was of such poor quality I couldn't even make out the order number, so had to contact them for this. I then had to wait (and am STILL waiting) 27 days for the refund to be issued despite their t's and c's stating this will be processed in 14 days of receiving the item back. I have sent multiple emails and been fobbed off and ignored, and to make things worse I will be charged for the return which will be deducted from my refund (when I eventually receive it).

Avoid this store! Clothes are in bad quality. Not woth the price. I returned items and had to wait more than a month to get refund. They ignored me and didn't replay for my emails. Thankfully I kept the note from the post and this saved me.

Returned a dress. Have proof of return and proof it was delivered. They say they can’t find it! So asked for my proof which I sent. No replies to emails since then! Nothing! No refund. Will be asking for it via PayPal. Disgusting service. Especially when there is no phone number to speak to anyone. They just ignore emails.

Ordered a dress but returned next day. No communication from Little Mistress re return, no response to email so had to claim refund through PayPal. LM still refused to refund delivery charge and also charged for return so expensive mistake to use them.

I ordered jeans that were too big so returned. A couple weeks passed and no confirmation of receipt. I emailed customer services and messaged via social media. Still not response. In the end I disputed payment via Clearpay and I got my money back. My suggestion after reading the reviews is to pay where you can dispute to get your money back.
They do not like to give refunds

Horrible! Requested a return for items that did not fit and have not received any response from them. Very unprofessional, and I have called my bank to dispute all charges.

Posted the other day to say that I am still waiting for a refund and no reply either and just spotted that little mistress only appear to respond to good reviews and not to anyone awaiting a response.

I never meant to order from this company again but sadly forgot. It is a real pain to get any information or refund from them. I returned a dress which they received back on the 1.12.23 and I have not heard anything back from them. It’s appalling especially at this time of year. Avoid at all cost.

Little Mistress has failed to deliver my order. To make matters worse, after chasing them several times for a long time they have now deleted my account. I cannot access anything. I have proof that they have stolen money from my bank account!
I had to chase up my bank and finally got the money.
I'm a customer that orders a lot of clothes but they have lost a customer forever.

I have returned the items which were unsuitable and covered the £8 for the postage fee myself. This was last week and I have not had any update at all. I am dissapointed that in this day and age retailers do not provide you with a returns label, and I had to pay for shipping in the first place.

I am very disappointed with the returns service. Items were received tracked by royal mail on 28th April and 11 working days later still no refund. I have never had a refund take this long. It has taken multiple emails so far to try and get my money back and still nothing. I wouldn't risk buying from here which is a shame as I ordered before and the dress was perfect it's just the two I have recently returned where not quite as they looked in the picture. Really bad service

A huge choice of dresses, easy to order and easy to return. Even those which we didn’t like (because they didn’t suit us) were beautiful. I kept one just because it is lovely and if I ever go to a ball I’ll wear it! and my daughter found an unexpected gem in the sale which made a beautiful prom dress.

Order was delivered promptly, size perfect fit.

Dress arrived fairly swiftly which was great but the returns process could be better. It is now 6 days since I returned my dress and as yet have received no email confirmation to let me know that the refund is being processed.

My online order (order number WEB1182709 for reference) arrived fine, dress was good, but did not come with a belt. It was supposed to come with a skinny black belt as part of the dress. Emailed Little Mistress and received no reply. Dress itself was great but wished it came with the belt it was supposed to come with as the dress looks incomplete now.
