Non existing customer service-Avoid
I placed an order for four lights and sent a cancellation email less than 12 hours later. I received an automated response stating my case was being reviewed, yet they shipped the order a full day later anyway. Now, I am stuck paying return postage fees and chasing a human response for a refund. Based on the quality and the lack of support, this feels more like a marketing gimmick than a legitimate business. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
