Lite Stone Arvostelua

Great Company to deal with and will certainly use again. I have recommended them to lots of people too. Customer service was excellent and goods arrived quickly and very well packaged.

The slate sheets are so easy to work with and look very impressive.

Be very careful ordering from this company, we found it is a poor product and even worse customer service.
We ordered the grey slate veneer for a dormer, our builder started putting it on in line with the instructions, but the thickness of the slate was significantly different on each tile, so there was no way they could ever line up properly, even with a dry run which we did. We took photos and shared them with the customer service team, but they wouldn’t accept any returns even of the unopened boxes, because we were just outside of their 14 day period. The product just isn’t fit for purpose and we are now £900 out of pocket.

Update - It seems litsetone are now suggesting my review is not accurate. I have kept my post very factual and Litestone have chosen to get personal regarding my prior reviews, which clearly aren’t disingenuous if you read the response from the companies in question. My builder ordered the lite stone product, and litestone subsequently dealt with me directly when I raised the issue. My builder has built a 30 square metre extension for us, the bulk of it cladded in ecoscape cladding and has done a great job, so l have no reason to believe he isn’t capable of following the lite stone instructions. I have photos of the issue with the lite stone and the correspondence with customer service that I would be happy to post as evidence but I don’t think I’m able to add pictures on trustpilot

For the third time in as many months we have been delighted by our experience with Lite Stone! The whole experience: ordering, communication, packaging, delivery, value for money, and the products themselves is first class. Our upgrades have been small - I would love to have the scope to take on something bigger! - but even a few sheets of this amazing product have transformed our living spaces. Highly recommended.

Really pleased with the products they look fantastic and really easily installed
Ryan was really helpful

It was a good experience from start to finish . Ordering was straightforward and a question about the product was swiftly answered . I was kept up to date regarding delivery which arrived on the day it was expected . The product was well packaged and in perfect condition when it arrived . The product is great . I am very pleased . I wouldnt hesitate to shop with this company .

Totally happy with the product, customer service and delivery. (parked on the road and hauled it all the way up the drive to the garage)
Finished job looks great and has only had compliments.

Found these guys and they were excellent. Collected five sheets of the gold metal veneer from them and added some epoxy resin to make them smooth so they could work as cleanable splashbacks - they look absolutely stunning in place and really popped the black kitchen and made it IG worthy as well as practical. A really affordable and stunning solution. Will definitely keep this in my little black book for future projects.

Very pleased with the litestone copper tiles. They look just as I’d hoped!

good company to work with, quick to answer questions, quick to deliver goods and the litestone panels are amazing

Great service. Slight delay with supply, but item arrived a month later well packaged so there was no damage.

excellant products and excellant service!

Great product, fast delivery.

Their products are quite stunning! We received ours, perfectly packaged and in good time. The product itself is of a very high quality and much easier to work with than I had thought. It’s really added a very special feature to this room in our home, and looks far more expensive than it actually was. Ryan at Customer Service has been super helpful in answering our questions. Thanks a lot!

Perfect-from the time I placed my order. Ordered delivered very promptly and I was given updates from Ryan through the whole process. I have used them 5 times now and every order has been perfect. Would definately highly recommend they are a company that go above and beyond, very rare in this day and age.

After the online order, Ryan rang to confirm exact requirements before shipping and to advise me on sourcing the best fixing cement which was a great help as I was doing the installation myself (feature internal wall, using Classic Travertine split face cladding sheets). Pallet arrived a few days later, all as promised.

The sheets interlock well, no need for mortared joints. A rubber mallet is a useful tool to persuade any tight fit gently into place. I used Mapei cement powder (fast setting) - preparation is key and work quickly!. My tip is to measure exactly to the coving/wall top so that you only need to trim the base sheets (looks so much better on the eye), then fix strong LEVEL temporary battens to the wall, as low as required, then do a single row AND LET IT FULLY SET, then add higher rows - the lowest row will then take the weight of all those above. Any trimming is best done with an angle grinder.

The finished job looks great - really pleased, exactly as I’d hoped for from the online pics, and at a very reasonable cost too !

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. The product received within days of order.
The product itself is incredible. Using as a splash back in the kitchen and will buy more to do a feature wall.
Very reasonable price. Other quotes received were considerable more.

Thank you.

Ryan was excellent with sales and after sales advice on how to install the copper veneer panels and how to epoxy resin them to preserve the longevity.

Excellent customer advice and support to make decisions on products.
Quick turn around and delivery
